Matias Strandvall (born 15 March 1985 [1] in Helsinki), is a Finnish cross-country skier who has competed at World Cup-level since 2004. He finished 37th in the individual sprint event at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
Strandvall's best finish at the FIS Nordic World Ski Championships was ninth in the individual sprint at Sapporo in 2007.
His best World Cup finish is third in an individual sprint event at Canada in 2008.
Strandvall's brother Sebastian Strandvall is a football player in the Finnish league.

Virpi Katriina Sarasvuo is a Finnish former cross-country skier who competed from 1995 to 2010. She won a bronze medal in the team sprint event at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin and earned her best individual finish of fifth in the individual sprint event in those same games. Four years later in Vancouver, Kuitunen won another bronze, this time in the 4 × 5 km relay.
Astrid Uhrenholdt Jacobsen is a Norwegian cross-country skier and a member of the International Olympic Committee (IOC). She skis with the IL Heming club in Oslo, near Holmenkollen. Her greatest achievement is winning the gold medal in sprint at the 2007 World Championships. On 22 April 2020, she announced her retirement from cross-country skiing in favour of medical studies.
