Matthew Jensen is an American cinematographer.

Jensen was born in Indiana and grew up in Northern Virginia. [1] [2] As a child, he took numerous classes at the Smithsonian Institution. [2] He is a graduate of University of Southern California. [3] His past credits include Game of Thrones , [4] Fantastic Four , [4] and Wonder Woman . [5] [6] In 2013, he became a member of the American Society of Cinematographers. [1] Variety listed him as one of the "10 Cinematographers to Watch in 2017". [7]

Contents

In 2021, Jensen won a Primetime Emmy Award in the Outstanding Cinematography for a Single-Camera Series category for the episode "Chapter 15: The Believer" from the series The Mandalorian . [8]

Patricia Lea Jenkins is an American film director, screenwriter, and producer. She has directed the feature films Monster (2003), Wonder Woman (2017), and Wonder Woman 1984 (2020). For the film Monster, she won the Independent Spirit Award for Best First Feature and the Franklin J. Schaffner Award of the American Film Institute (AFI). Joseph Francis Biroc, ASC was an American cinematographer. He was born in New York City and began working in films at the Paragon Studios in Fort Lee, New Jersey. After working there for approximately six years, he moved to Los Angeles. Once in Southern California, Biroc worked at the RKO Pictures movie studio. During World War II, he served in the U.S. Army Signal Corps and filmed the Liberation of Paris in August 1944. In 1950, Biroc left RKO Pictures and freelanced on projects at various studios. In addition to his film work, which included It's a Wonderful Life (1946) and The Flight of the Phoenix (1965), Biroc worked on various television series, including the Adventures of Superman and Wonder Woman. He frequently collaborated with film director Robert Aldrich.

"The Dragon and the Wolf" is the seventh and final episode of the seventh season of HBO's fantasy television series Game of Thrones, and the 67th episode overall. It was written by series co-creators David Benioff and D. B. Weiss, and directed by Jeremy Podeswa. The title of the episode refers to the sigils of House Targaryen and House Stark and their newfound alliance.
