Professional career
After going undrafted by the NFL in 2005, Fountain took some time off from football before resurfacing in the AF2 League, where he had a breakout rookie season with the Manchester Wolves in 2007. During that season, Fountain set a franchise record with 13 sacks and earned several team and league honors before being signed by the Utah Blaze during the AFL free agency period. Fountain finished second on the Blaze in sacks and was named to the AF1 All-Rookie Team in his only season in 2008. Fountain was signed by the Miami Dolphins during 2008 NFL training camps but was released during the final cuts prior to the start of the regular season.
Fountain continues to play professionally in the United Football League (UFL) with the Hartford Colonials. Formerly the New York Sentinels, the team drafted Fountain with their fifth pick in the 2009 "Premiere" Season Draft.
On August 20, 2011, Fountain re-signed with the Seattle Seahawks. He was released on September 3, 2011, re-signed to the Seahawks' practice squad the following day, and then was released from the practice squad on September 6, 2011.
The Philadelphia Eagles signed Fountain to their practice squad on November 22, 2011. At the conclusion of the 2011 season, his practice squad contract expired and he became a free agent. He was re-signed to the active roster on January 2, 2012.
The Austin Wranglers were an arena football team based in Austin, Texas. They played four seasons in the Arena Football League from 2004 to 2007 and spent one season in af2, the AFL's developmental league, in 2008. They made playoff appearances in the AFL in 2006 and in af2 in 2008. They played their home games at the Frank Erwin Center at the University of Texas at Austin.

He was signed by the Tennessee Valley Vipers as a street free agent in 2004. He played college football at West Georgia.
Tom Johnson, nicknamed Sebastian Thunderbucket, is a former American football defensive tackle. He attended Moss Point High School, where he played as a defensive tackle for two seasons. He played college football at Southern Miss but before that he played for two seasons of junior college football at Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College (MGCCC) in Perkinston, MS. Following his college career, Johnson went undrafted in the 2005 NFL draft. He was signed by the Indianapolis Colts as an undrafted free agent. He spent the 2007 season with the Cologne Centurions of the NFL Europe and came back with the Colts for training camp in 2008. After being released, he turned to the Arena Football League (AFL), where he played the 2008 season with the Grand Rapids Rampage and the Philadelphia Soul. Johnson then headed north to play in the Canadian Football League (CFL), where he played two seasons for the Calgary Stampeders and was named CFL West Division All-Star in 2010. At the end of the 2010 CFL season, Johnson drew interest from several NFL teams, and decided to sign with the New Orleans Saints, where he played from 2011 to 2013. In 2014, he became a free agent and joined the Minnesota Vikings on a one-year deal, and after exceeding expectations in his first season, he was re-signed to a three-year deal in 2015.

He played college football at Western Washington after graduating from Diablo Valley College, and was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League (NFL) in 2007.
