William Ray Guy was an American professional football punter who played for the Oakland / Los Angeles Raiders of the National Football League (NFL). Guy was a first-team All-American selection in 1972 as a senior for the Southern Miss Golden Eagles, and is the only pure punter ever to be drafted in the first round of the NFL draft, when the Raiders selected him with the 23rd overall pick in the 1973 NFL draft. He won three Super Bowls with the Raiders. Guy was elected to both the College Football Hall of Fame and the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2014. An eight-time All-Pro, Guy is widely considered to be the greatest punter of all-time.

Frank Thomas Solich is a former American football coach and former player. He is the former head coach at Ohio University, a position he held from 2005 until 2021. From 1998 to 2003, Solich served as the head coach at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, where he also played fullback under Bob Devaney in the mid-1960s.

He played 13 seasons in the National Football League (NFL), and was considered one of the best long snappers while he was playing. He played for the Kansas City Chiefs, Green Bay Packers, New England Patriots and Philadelphia Eagles. He retired in 2007 after suffering a neck injury in a 2006 game.
Donald Lynn Muhlbach Jr. is an American former football long snapper who played in the National Football League (NFL). At the time of his retirement, he was the oldest active player in the NFL other than Tom Brady. Muhlbach played college football for the Texas A&M Aggies and was signed as an undrafted free agent in 2004 by the Baltimore Ravens before joining the Detroit Lions that same year. He is second in Lions franchise history in games played, only behind former teammate Jason Hanson. Muhlbach was the last remaining active member of the Lions infamous 2008 season, where they went 0–16.

It featured the Ohio Bobcats of the Mid-American Conference against the East Carolina Pirates of Conference USA. It was one of the 2013–14 bowl games that concluded the 2013 FBS football season. The game began at 2:00 p.m. EST and aired on ESPN. East Carolina defeated Ohio, 37–20, by scoring 20 points in the fourth quarter.
