Lori Petty is an American actress, director, and screenwriter. She made her big screen debut appearing in the 1990 comedy film Cadillac Man and later starred in films Point Break (1991), A League of Their Own (1992), Free Willy (1993), In the Army Now (1994), The Glass Shield (1994) and played the title role in Tank Girl (1995). She created and starred in the short-lived Fox sitcom Lush Life in 1996 and acted in number of independent movies in her later career.
Robert Scott Adsit is an American actor, comedian, and writer. Born and raised in the Chicago suburbs, Adsit joined the mainstage cast of Chicago's The Second City in 1994 after attending Columbia College Chicago. He appeared in several revues, including Paradigm Lost for which he won The Joseph Jefferson Award for Best Actor in a Comedy.

The series centers on a 13-year-old boy named Manny Rivera who is trying his best to choose between being good or evil while dealing with bizarre enemies, aiming to gain his belt's buckle to become a tiger-themed superhero known as "El Tigre". There are two paths Manny must choose between in the show, either to become the son of a legendary hero known as "White Pantera" and the grandson of an evil super villain known as "Puma Loco". The show is set in Miracle City, a fictional city based on and located at Tijuana, where Jorge grew up. The series was produced by Nickelodeon Animation Studio and was animated using Adobe Flash. A total of 26 episodes were produced before it was cancelled.
