The first season Love Island Games is a spin-off of the reality dating series Love Island . It features previous Love Island contestants from various countries in the franchise competing in challenges. The show premiered on 1 November 2023 and was released on Peacock in the United States. Hosted by Maya Jama and narrated by Iain Stirling.
In April 2023, it was reported that Love Island Games, a spin-off of the reality dating franchise Love Island had been commissioned by American streaming service Peacock. [1] In August 2023, Maya Jama, who has presented the British version of the show since its ninth series, was announced as the show's host. [2] [3] Iain Stirling who has narrated the British version since its inception and American version since its fourth season, was announced as narrator. [4] [5] The series began filming in Fiji in September 2023, and began broadcasting on 1 November 2023. [6] [7] Maura Higgins, who was a contestant on the fifth series of the British version, served as the show's social media ambassador. [8]
Following the conclusion of the sixth season of the American version, it was announced in August 2024 that the series had been renewed for a second season. [9]
Love Island Games will see former contestants who have previously appeared on Love Island competing for "another shot at love" in a brand new format which will include both team and couples challenges, in addition to the original format that will feature recouplings, arrivals and eliminations, as well as new competition twists. Love Island is a British reality show. It is a revival of the earlier celebrity series of the same name, which aired for two series in 2005 and 2006. The series is the originator of the international Love Island franchise, with twenty-two versions of it having been produced so far worldwide. The show is presented by Maya Jama and narrated by Iain Stirling. The show was previously hosted by both Caroline Flack and Laura Whitmore.
The third series of Love Island began on 5 June 2017 hosted by Caroline Flack on ITV2. The series concluded on 24 July 2017. It is the third from the current revived series, but fifth overall. The series was narrated by Iain Stirling. As well as the series airing every night of the week with the Saturday episode being used as a weekly catch-up entitled Love Island: The Weekly Hot List, a new spin-off was confirmed, Love Island: Aftersun hosted by Flack with a studio audience and celebrity guests on Sunday nights after the main show. During the final Aftersun episode of the series, which was presented live from outside the villa, it was announced that there would be a one-off reunion special airing on 30 July 2017 which included all of the Islanders from the series.

The series was hosted by Arielle Vandenberg for its first three seasons; Sarah Hyland replaced Vandenberg as host starting with the fourth season. On March 27, 2024, it was announced that Vanderpump Rules star Ariana Madix would be replacing Hyland as host for the sixth season of the show. The seventh season for the show is expected to premiere in the summer of 2025, but it has not been officially greenlit by Peacock.

The first series of Love Island: All Stars is a spin-off of the dating game show Love Island featuring former contestants from previous series. It began broadcasting on 15 January 2024 with the launch episode airing across both ITV and ITV2 for the first time in the show's history. Maya Jama returned to present the series, with Iain Stirling again returning as narrator. The series is the shortest in the show’s history, ending after 36 days on 19 February 2024. It was won by Molly Smith and Tom Clare, who were previously contestants on the sixth and ninth series respectively.
