Negeri Sembilan, historically spelled as Negri Sembilan, is a state in Malaysia which lies on the western coast of Peninsular Malaysia. It borders Selangor on the north, Pahang in the east, and Malacca and Johor to the south.
Malacca City is the capital city of the Malaysian state of Malacca, in Melaka Tengah District. It is the oldest Malaysian city on the Straits of Malacca, having become a successful entrepôt in the era of the Malacca Sultanate. The present-day city was founded by Parameswara, a Sumatran prince who escaped to the Malay Peninsula when Srivijaya fell to the Majapahit. Following the establishment of the Malacca Sultanate, the city drew the attention of traders from the Middle East, South Asia, and East Asia, as well as the Portuguese, who intended to dominate the trade route in Asia. After Malacca was conquered by Portugal, the city became an area of conflict when the sultanates of Aceh and Johor attempted to take control from the Portuguese.
Ayer Keroh is a town situated in Melaka Tengah District, Malacca, Malaysia. It is the seat of the state government since 2006, being the home of the state secretariat building complex – Seri Negeri complex and one of a few towns which formed the Hang Tuah Jaya municipality.
Merlimau is a mukim and town in Jasin District, Malacca, Malaysia. Politically, it is situated in the parliament constituency of P139 Jasin, and state constituency of N27 Merlimau, which consists of seven ballot box areas, namely Ayer Merbau, Chincin, Jasin Lalang, Merlimau Utara, Merlimau Pasir, Permatang Serai, and Pengkalan Samak.

Melaka Island is a man-made islet approximately 0.5 km off the coast of Malacca City – the capital city of the Malaysian state of Malacca, just south of its business district of Taman Melaka Raya. It was part of the RM 2 million “Twin Island City Centre” waterfront project undertaken by Pulau Kembar Sdn Bhd, a defunct joint-venture of Larut Consolidated Berhad and Talam Corporation Berhad, which involved the reclamation of two islands measuring 40ha and 50ha respectively. This island is formed from the amalgamation of two offshore islets named Jawa Island in the mid-1990s, when the Malacca State Government under then Chief Minister of Malacca, Abdul Rahim Thamby Chik was planning to turn it into a "Malacca Manhattan" for business and recreational purposes.
Mohd. Ali bin Mohd. Rustam is a Malaysian politician who has served as the 7th Yang di-Pertua Negeri of Melaka since June 2020. He served as the 9th Chief Minister of Melaka from December 1999 to May 2013, Deputy Minister of Health from November 1996 to December 1999, Deputy Minister of Transport from May 1995 to November 1996, Member of Parliament (MP) for Batu Berendam from April 1995 to November 1999, Member of the Malacca State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Bukit Batu from March 2004 to May 2013, for Paya Rumput from November 1999 to March 2004, for Sungai Udang from October 1990 to April 1995 and for Ayer Molek from August 1986 to October 1990. He was a member of the United Malays National Organisation (UMNO), a component party of the Barisan Nasional (BN) coalition.
Melaka International Trade Centre is a conference centre situated in the town of Ayer Keroh, in the Malaysian state of Malacca. It was officially launched in June 2003 by Mohammad Ali bin Rustam, the former Chief Minister of Malacca.

The museum was formerly the Malacca State Legislative Assembly building, which had moved to Ayer Keroh as its present location since February 2000, in which its foundation stone was laid on 13 August 1961.

Kite Museum is a museum about kites in Malacca City, Malacca, Malaysia, which was officially opened in September 1995 by Chief Minister Mohd Zin Abdul Ghani in conjunction with the Regional Malay Customs seminar. It occupies the upper floor of the former Historical City Municipal Council building, originally constructed in the 1960s and believed to be built on top of the ruins of Dutch building, which also houses the People's Museum and Beauty Museum at the ground floor and top floor respectively. The museum displays various aspects of kites, such as communication, use as weapons, sport, leisure activities, how different countries make kites, different materials to make kites, role of kites in the life of people etc. It also displays the Wau Gallery, Traditional Games, Top Spinning Gallery and Datuk Wira Haji Md Borhan bin Yaman Gallery. It opens everyday from 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
The Gallery of Admiral Cheng Ho is a gallery devoted to Zheng He in Malacca City, Malacca, Malaysia. It was opened in February 2003 and has been associated with the growth of tourism within the state. The gallery displays Zheng He's journey to Southeast Asia and his great legacy in international relations where he established the great affiliations between Ming Dynasty and African and Asian countries leading to prosperous and fair trade among them.
Macau Gallery Melaka was a gallery set up by the Government of Malacca in collaboration with the Government of Macau to promote and exhibit the culture and arts of Macau. It occupied the building which has a total built up area of 3,000 m2 and is made up of Straits-themed tiles and Siamese architecture, initially built as a British colonial government office before World War II.
Melaka Wonderland, officially known as the Melaka Wonderland Theme Park & Resort, is a 9.2-hectares wide water theme park and resort in Ayer Keroh, Malacca, Malaysia which features 16 attractions. It was officiated by Malacca Chief Minister Mohd Ali Rustam on 15 May 2010.
Malacca Bee Gallery, formerly The World's Bees Museum, is a gallery about bees located at the Malacca Botanical Garden in Ayer Keroh, Malacca, Malaysia, which was established in 2013. It showcases around 250 type specimens of bee hives and hornet nests, and also the spectacular bee man show. The gallery has different sections, such as bee keeping, species of bees, bee habitat and traditional tools used for honey gathering.

Gallery of the Chief Minister of Malacca, also known as the Melaka Chief Minister Gallery or Melaka Chief Ministers' Gallery, is a gallery which displays gifts, souvenirs, personal collections and biographies of the State's Chief Ministers in the Peringgit suburb. Its building was used as the official residence for the Chief Ministers from 1972 until 2006, when the new one at the Seri Negeri complex in Ayer Keroh was completed.
