The Asian Men's Volleyball Challenge Cup, also known as the AVC Challenge Cup for Men, is an international volleyball competition in Asia and Oceania contested by the senior men's national teams of the members of Asian Volleyball Confederation (AVC), the sport's continent governing body.
This event should not be confused with the other, more prestigious continental competition for Asian national volleyball teams, the Asian Volleyball Championship and Asian Volleyball Cup.
The three Asian Volleyball Challenge Cup tournaments has been won by three different national teams. Iraq, Kyrgyzstan and Thailand have won one time.
Originally, the tournament was awarded every two years beginning 2018. The champions were Iraq in 2018 edition [1] and Kyrgyzstan in 2022 edition. [2] Both teams defeated Saudi Arabia in tie-break final.
From the 2023 edition, the AVC Challenge Cup has reformed from being held biennially to annually. The tournament also serve as a qualifier for the FIVB Challenger Cup. [3] Thailand were the champions in the 2023 edition after defeating Bahrain in straight sets in the final. [4]

The Asian Volleyball Confederation, commonly known by the acronym AVC, is the continental governing body for the sports of indoor, beach, and grass volleyball in Asia and Oceania. It has 65 member associations, located in the Asia-Pacific region, but excludes four transcontinental countries with territory in both Asia and Europe – Azerbaijan, Georgia, Russia, and Türkiye – along with Armenia, Cyprus, and Israel, which are members of the CEV.
