The Chinese Taipei women's national volleyball team is the women's national volleyball team of Republic of China (Taiwan). Controlled by Chinese Taipei Volleyball Association, it represents the country in international competitions and friendly matches.
The Cuba women's national volleyball team was the first team to break the USSR's and Japan's domination in the world women's volleyball by winning the 1978 World Women's Volleyball Championship.
The Cuba men's national volleyball team represents Cuba in international volleyball competitions and friendly matches, governed by Federación Cubana De Voleibol. Cuba in the 1976 Summer Olympics won their first bronze medal. In FIVB competitions, the national team won one gold each at World Cup, World Grand Champions Cup, World League and Challenger Cup. Cuba also attained two silver and two bronze World Championship medals and have won the NORCECA Championship 15 times with a 6-peat record.
The women's national volleyball team of Thailand represents the Thailand in international volleyball competitions. It is managed by the Thailand Volleyball Association.
The Argentina women's national volleyball team represents Argentina in international women's volleyball and is controlled by the Argentine Volleyball Federation.
The Uruguay women's national volleyball team is the national team of Uruguay. The squad won the silver medal at the inaugural 1951 South American Championship in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The dominant forces in women's volleyball on the South American continent however became Brazil and Peru.
The Colombia women's national volleyball team represents Colombia in international competitions in women's volleyball. The squad won its first continental medal at the 1991 edition of the South American Championship.
The Mexico men's national volleyball team represents Mexico in international volleyball competitions. In the 1950s the squad twice won a medal at the Pan American Games. The dominant forces in men's volleyball in North and Central America are Cuba and the United States.
The Bulgaria women's national volleyball team represents Bulgaria in international women's volleyball competitions and is controlled by the Bulgarian Volleyball Federation. The team's successes includes winning the Balkan Championship in 1982, and runners-up at the 1970 Summer Universidade along with bronze at the 1980 Summer Olympics. The national team's biggest success came in 1981, winning the European title at home in Sofia.
The Canada men's national volleyball team represents Canada in international volleyball competitions. They are overseen by Volleyball Canada, the governing body for volleyball in Canada.
The Puerto Rico men's national volleyball team represents Puerto Rico in international volleyball competitions and friendly matches. In 2007 the squad won the silver medal at the NORCECA Volleyball Championship after defeating Cuba in the semi-finals. With that performance Puerto Rico for the first time qualified for the Volleyball World Cup, later that year in Japan.
The Czech Republic national men's volleyball team is controlled by the Czech Volleyball Federation, which represents the country in international competitions and friendly matches. Czech Republic is ranked 22nd in the FIVB world ranking.
The Costa Rica women's national volleyball team represents Costa Rica in international women's volleyball competitions and friendly matches.
The Pakistan men's national volleyball team represents Pakistan in international volleyball competitions.
The Portugal men's national volleyball team is the team representing Portugal in volleyball competitions. Their best results to date are winning the 2010 Men's European Volleyball League in Spain, the second place in the 2007 Men's European Volleyball League, 3rd at the 2009 Men's European Volleyball League, both tournaments hosted in Portugal, 4th in the 1948 Men's European Volleyball Championship in Italy, the 5th place at the 2005 FIVB World League in Serbia and Montenegro, 7th in the 1951 Men's European Volleyball Championship hosted in France and reaching the 8th place in the 2002 FIVB Men's World Championship in Argentina.
The Czech Republic women's national volleyball team represents the Czech Republic in international women's volleyball competitions and friendly matches. The National team is Organized by the Czech Volleyball Association which is a member of the Federation of International Volleyball (FIVB) as well the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV), The national federation is also a part of the Middle European Volleyball Zonal Association (MEVZA).
The Romania women's national volleyball team is governed by the Federaţia Română de Volei and takes part in international volleyball competitions.
The Hungary women's national volleyball team is the national volleyball team of Hungary. It is governed by the Magyar Röplabda Szövetség and takes part in international volleyball competitions.
The Qatar men's national volleyball team represents Qatar in international volleyball competitions and friendly matches. As of 20 September 2021, the team was ranked 20th in the world. Qatar's best rank in Asian Championship 3rd place, 2023 year.
The Canada men's national junior volleyball team is the men's national under-21 volleyball team of Canada. The team is controlled by Volleyball Canada, which represents the country in international competitions - Junior NORCECA Championship and FIVB U21 World Championships. The Canadian junior national team is ranked 7th in the FIVB world ranking.
