Michelle Cooper is a Canadian politician serving as the Member of Provincial Parliament (MPP) for Eglinton-Lawrence since February 27,2025. She is a member of the Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario.
Prior to her election,Cooper held senior roles in corporate,entrepreneurial,and non-profit sectors. She served as Executive Director of the PC Ontario Fund,leading fundraising efforts for Premier Doug Ford and the Ontario PC Party.
Cooper holds a Master's degree in Political Science from York University and was an early pioneer in Canada's internet startup space.
She currently serves as Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister of Finance and is a member of the Standing Committee on Public Accounts.
