Midtown Centre is a business park located in the Jacksonville, Florida neighborhood of St. Nicholas. The site contains 31 buildings and was developed by Ira M. Koger. Opening in 1957 as the Koger Center, the facility is credited with being the first suburban office park. [1] It is now (December 2012) owned by D Group Equities. [2]

Kevin Jamaal Koger is a former college tight end, who is currently the offensive quality control coach for the Green Bay Packers of the NFL. He was a 2011 All-Big Ten honorable mention. In 2012, Koger began working as a coach in Saline, Michigan. Just before signing day in February 2015, Koger joined Butch Jones’s staff at the University of Tennessee as a graduate assistant.

1010 Midtown

1010 Midtown is a 35-story, 124 m (407 ft) skyscraper in Atlanta, Georgia with 425 condominiums atop 38,000 sq ft (3,500 m2) of retail and dining space. The structure is part of the 12th & Midtown development, situated on approximately 2 acres (0.81 ha) on the block between 11th and 12th streets in Midtown Atlanta, the front of which follows the curve of Peachtree Street. The 1010 Midtown building also features a park-in-the-sky, which will be one of the largest environmentally green rooftops in the city.

West Midtown, also known as Westside, is a colloquial area, comprising many historical neighborhoods located in Atlanta, Georgia. Once largely industrial, West Midtown is now the location of urban lofts, art galleries, live music venues, retail and restaurants.

The Fool is a 1964 Gibson SG guitar, painted for Eric Clapton by the Dutch design collective The Fool, from which the guitar takes its name. One of the world's best-known guitars, it epitomizes the psychedelic era. Clapton used the guitar extensively while playing with Cream and it was an essential element of his famed "woman tone". From the 1970s to early 1980s, the guitar was owned by Todd Rundgren, who was often seen playing the instrument in his live performances. He nicknamed the guitar "Sunny", after the Cream song "Sunshine of Your Love".

425 Park Avenue is an office building in New York City being redeveloped by L&L Holding and GreenOak Real Estate, with a design by architectural firm Foster + Partners. Work on the new structure began in 2016, and is expected to be completed in 2020.
