Michael Gaski is an American baseball executive, and former coach and player in college baseball. Since 2001, Gaski has served as president of the United States national baseball team. [1]
Gaski played college baseball at the University of Detroit from 1970 to 1973. He was the head baseball coach at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 1991 to 2012; he was fired on May 25, 2012. [2]

Guilford College is a private liberal arts college in Greensboro, North Carolina. Guilford has both traditional students and students who attend its Center for Continuing Education (CCE). Founded in 1837 by members of the Religious Society of Friends (Quakers), Guilford's program offerings include such majors as Peace and Conflict Studies and Community and Justice Studies, both rooted in the college's history as a Quaker institution.

Billy Godwin is an American college baseball coach and former pitcher. He is the head baseball coach at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Godwin played college baseball at Atlantic Christian College in 1986. He was the head baseball coach of East Carolina from 2006 to 2014. In 2015, Godwin was listed as an area scout, based in Emerald Isle, North Carolina, for the New York Yankees of Major League Baseball.
Steve Webber is the current pitching coach for the AAA Oklahoma City Dodgers of the Pacific Coast League, a farm team of the Los Angeles Dodgers. Webber played college baseball at Southern Illinois University and participated in the 1969 College World Series. He was head coach at the University of Georgia from 1981 to 1996, leading the team to a national title in 1990.
The North Carolina A&T Aggies are the athletic teams that represent North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University in Greensboro, North Carolina, United States. The Aggies compete in NCAA Division I and are members of the Big South Conference through the 2021–22 school year. On July 1, 2022, A&T will join the Colonial Athletic Association (CAA) for non-football sports, but the football team will remain in the Big South until joining CAA Football, the technically separate football league operated by the all-sports CAA, in 2023. North Carolina A&T fields varsity teams in 13 sports, five for men and eight for women. The football team competes in the Division I Football Championship Subdivision (FCS), formerly known as Division I-AA.
Brandon Michael Hyde is an American professional baseball manager for the Baltimore Orioles of Major League Baseball (MLB). Hyde had previously served as the bench coach, director of player development, and first base coach for the Chicago Cubs, and as a bench coach and interim manager for the Florida Marlins.
UNCG Baseball Stadium is a baseball venue located in Greensboro, North Carolina, United States. It is home to the UNC Greensboro Spartans college baseball team of the Division I Southern Conference. It has a capacity of 3,500 spectators and opened in 1999.
Tom Walter is an American college baseball coach. He has been the head coach of Wake Forest since the start of the 2010 season. Before coming to Wake Forest, Walter held head coaching positions at George Washington from 1997–2004 and New Orleans from 2005–2009. He was an assistant at George Washington from 1992–1994. Walter's career head coaching record, as of the end of the 2014 season, is 560–473.
Billy Wilhelm was an American college baseball coach who was the head coach of the Clemson Tigers from 1958 to 1993. In his 36 seasons as head coach, Wilhelm had a record of 1,161–536–10. Before coming to Clemson, Wilhelm played several seasons of minor league baseball and served one season as an assistant baseball coach at North Carolina.
Charles Clyde "Charlie" Teague was an American professional baseball player. A second baseman, he played in minor league baseball. As a college baseball player for Wake Forest University, he was named an All-American in three seasons. In 2010, he was inducted into the National College Baseball Hall of Fame.
Daniel Ray Jennings is the former General Manager and manager of the Miami Marlins of Major League Baseball (MLB). He served as a scout in MLB beginning in 1986 and was the manager of the Marlins from May until the end of the 2015 season.
Lincoln "Link" Jarrett is an American college baseball coach and former shortstop. He is the head baseball coach at the University of Notre Dame. Jarrett played college baseball at Florida State University from 1991 to 1994 for coach Mike Martin. He was the head coach at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 2013 to 2019.
Steve Traylor is an American former college baseball and basketball coach. In basketball, he was the head coach of Greensboro College. In baseball, he was the head coach at Florida Atlantic, Duke, and Wofford. Traylor had 776 career wins and led both Florida Atlantic and Wofford to their first NCAA Tournaments.
