Mina (Persian : مينا‎, also Romanized as Mīnā; also known as Mīnā Qal‘eh)^[1] is a village in Qara Bashlu Rural District, Chapeshlu District, Dargaz County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 176, in 42 families.^[2]

Persian, also known by its endonym Farsi, is one of the Western Iranian languages within the Indo-Iranian branch of the Indo-European language family. It is a pluricentric language primarily spoken in Iran, Afghanistan and Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and some other regions which historically were Persianate societies and considered part of Greater Iran. It is written right to left in the Persian alphabet, a modified variant of the Arabic script.

Qara Bashlu Rural District is a rural district (dehestan) in Chapeshlu District, Dargaz County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 5,118, in 1,212 families. The rural district has 29 villages.

Chapeshlu District is a district (bakhsh) in Dargaz County, Razavi Khorasan Province, Iran. At the 2006 census, its population was 11,774, in 2,945 families. The District has one city: Chapeshlu. The District has two rural districts (dehestan): Miankuh Rural District and Qara Bashlu Rural District.
