Miss Guanabara, also referred to as Miss Estado do Guanabara, was a Brazilian Beauty pageant that selected the representative for the State of Guanabara at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1960 and was held every year until 1975 when the Guanabara State was absorbed into the State of Rio de Janeiro. Guanabara won four crowns in the national contest.

Miss Distrito Federal was a Brazilian Beauty pageant which selected the representative for the Federal District of Brazil (at the time) at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1954 but was stopped in 1960 due to the Federal Capital of Brazil moving to Brasília and the old federal district becoming the State of Guanabara. Distrito Federal (Rio de Janeiro) won only two crowns in the national contest.

Delegates from each state and the Federal District for competed for the national crown. The winner represented Brazil in Miss Universe 2014 and placed Top 15.

Miss Brazil CNB 2021 was the 31st edition of the Miss Brazil CNB pageant and the 6th under CNB Miss Brazil. The contest took place on August 19, 2021. Each state, the Federal District and various Insular Regions & Cities competed for the title. Elís Miele Coelho of Espírito Santo crowned her successor, Caroline Teixeira of Distrito Federal at the end of the contest. Teixeira will represent Brazil at Miss World 2021. The contest was held at the Brasília Palace Hotel in Brasília, Distrito Federal, Brazil. This year's contest was originally supposed to take place in 2020 but was delayed to 2021 due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Miss Brazil World 2015 was the 26th edition of the Miss Brazil World pageant and 10th under MMB Productions & Events. During this pageant MMB Productions & Events became CNB Miss Brazil, thus this is the 1st under CNB Miss Brazil. The contest took place on June 27, 2015. Each state, the Federal District and various Insular Regions & Cities competed for the title. Julia Gama of Rio Grande do Sul originally crowned Ana Luísa Castro of Sergipe at the end of the contest but Castro resigned the title after the contest due to having an unrecognized marriage outside of Brazil in Belgium and wanting to get her marriage recognized in Brazil. As a result, Catharina Choi of Ilhabela was crowned as the Miss Brazil World 2015 by Castro. Choi represented Brazil at Miss World 2015. The contest was held at the Pedro Ivo Theater in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil.

Miss Brazil World 2013 was the 24th edition of the Miss Brazil World pageant and 8th under MMB Productions & Events. The contest took place on April 6, 2013. Each state, the Federal District and various Insular Regions & Cities competed for the title. Mariana Notarângelo of Rio de Janeiro crowned Sancler Frantz of Ilha dos Lobos at the end of the contest. Frantz represented Brazil at Miss World 2013. The contest was held at the Portobello Resort & Safari in Mangaratiba, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Miss Brazil World 2012 was the 23rd edition of the Miss Brazil World pageant and 7th under MMB Productions & Events. The contest took place on April 2, 2012. Representatives from various cities all throughout Brazil competed for the Brazilian crown for Miss World. Juceila Bueno of Rio Grande do Sul crowned Mariana Notarângelo of Rio de Janeiro at the end of the contest. Notarângelo represented Brazil at Miss World 2012. The contest was held at the Rede Pampa Studios in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.

Miss Brazil 2015, officially Miss Brazil Be Emotion 2015, was the 61st edition of the Miss Brazil pageant. It was held on 18 November 2015 at Citibank Hall in São Paulo, and was hosted by Cássio Reis and Mariana Weickert. Melissa Gurgel of Ceará crowned her successor Marthina Brandt of Rio Grande do Sul at the end of the event. Brandt represented Brazil at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant and placed in the Top 15.

Miss Brazil 2006 was the 52nd edition of the Miss Brazil pageant. It was held on 8 April 2006 at Claro Hall in Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro State, Brazil and was hosted by Nayla Micherif and Nivaldo Prieto. Carina Beduschi of Santa Catarina crowned her successor Rafaela Zanella of Rio Grande do Sul at the end of the event. Zanella represented Brazil at the Miss Universe 2006 pageant and placed in the Top 20. 1st Runner-Up, Maria Cláudia Barreto of Acre, represented the country at Miss International 2006. This year's pageant had Natalie Glebova, Miss Universe 2005, as a special guest.

Miss Brazil 2005 was the 51st edition of the Miss Brazil pageant. It was held on 14 April 2005 at Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro State, Brazil and was hosted by Nayla Micherif with Roger Gobeth, Juliana Silveira, Igor Cotrim, and Maria Carolina Ribeiro all as commentators. The Pre-Show was hosted by Astrid Fontenelle. Fabiane Niclotti of Rio Grande do Sul crowned her successor Carina Beduschi of Santa Catarina at the end of the event. Beduschi represented Brazil at the Miss Universe 2005 pageant. 1st Runner-Up, Patrícia Reginato of Paraná, represented Brazil at Miss World 2005 and 2nd Runner-Up, Ariane Colombo of Espírito Santo, represented the country at Miss International 2005.

Miss Rio Grande do Sul is a Brazilian Beauty pageant which selects the representative for the State of Rio Grande do Sul at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1954 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1990, 1993, and 2020. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. Since 2023, Bebeto Azevêdo has been the state director of Miss Rio Grande do Sul. Rio Grande do Sul is the state with the most crowns in the national contest and also the state that produced the first Miss Brazil to win the Miss Universe contest, Iêda Maria Vargas of Porto Alegre.

Miss Rondônia is a Brazilian Beauty pageant which selects the representative for the State of Rondônia at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. Since 2023, the State Director of Miss Rondônia is Eletícia Dias. Miss Grand Brazil 2019 was the second edition of the Miss Grand Brazil beauty pageant, held on February 28, 2019, at the Dall'Onder Grande Hotel in Bento Gonçalves, Rio Grande do Sul. Twenty-two contestants, who qualified for the national stage through state contests held by the Concurso Nacional de Beleza, competed for the title, of whom a nutrition student and model resident of Mooca representing the state of São Paulo, Marjorie Marcelle, was elected the winner. She later represented Brazil at the Miss Grand International 2019 contest held that year on October 25 in Venezuela, and was named the fourth runner-up.

Miss Grand Brazil 2022 was the fourth edition of the Miss Grand Brazil beauty pageant, held on July 28, 2022, at the Caesb Headquarters in Brasília. Thirty-one contestants, who qualified for the national stage either through state contests held by the Concurso Nacional de Beleza or being appointed, competed for the title, of whom a 26-year-old financial planner and international model from Marília representing the Alto Cafezal Region, Isabella Menin, was elected the winner. She then represented Brazil at the Miss Grand International 2022 held that year on October 25 in Indonesia, and won the first place, making her the first Brazilian representative to win the Miss Grand International title.

The competition was organized for thirty years by Miguel Braga but Braga passed away in 2021. Since 2021, the State director for Miss Pernambuco is Romildo Alves. Pernambuco has won only one crown in the national contest.

The pageant was created in 1954 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1990, 1993, and 2020. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. Since 2024, the State directors for Miss São Paulo are Renata Vilani and Samuel Teixeira. São Paulo has won eight crowns in the national contest.
