Miss Pernambuco is a Brazilian Beauty pageant which selects the representative for the State of Pernambuco at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1955 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1990, and 1993. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. The competition was organized for thirty years by Miguel Braga (1990 to 2020) but Braga passed away in 2021. [1] Since 2021, the State director for Miss Pernambuco is Romildo Alves. Pernambuco has won only one crown in the national contest.

Miss Fernando de Noronha was a Brazilian Beauty pageant which selected the representative for the Territory of Fernando de Noronha at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1969 but was stopped in 1988 due to the territory becoming part of the State of Pernambuco. Fernando de Noronha never won any crowns in the national contest.

Miss Brazil World 2015 was the 26th edition of the Miss Brazil World pageant and 10th under MMB Productions & Events. During this pageant MMB Productions & Events became CNB Miss Brazil, thus this is the 1st under CNB Miss Brazil. The contest took place on June 27, 2015. Each state, the Federal District and various Insular Regions & Cities competed for the title. Julia Gama of Rio Grande do Sul originally crowned Ana Luísa Castro of Sergipe at the end of the contest but Castro resigned the title after the contest due to having an unrecognized marriage outside of Brazil in Belgium and wanting to get her marriage recognized in Brazil. As a result, Catharina Choi of Ilhabela was crowned as the Miss Brazil World 2015 by Castro. Choi represented Brazil at Miss World 2015. The contest was held at the Pedro Ivo Theater in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil.
Miss Brazil 2005 was the 51st edition of the Miss Brazil pageant. It was held on 14 April 2005 at Copacabana Palace in Rio de Janeiro, Rio de Janeiro State, Brazil and was hosted by Nayla Micherif with Roger Gobeth, Juliana Silveira, Igor Cotrim, and Maria Carolina Ribeiro all as commentators. The Pre-Show was hosted by Astrid Fontenelle. Fabiane Niclotti of Rio Grande do Sul crowned her successor Carina Beduschi of Santa Catarina at the end of the event. Beduschi represented Brazil at the Miss Universe 2005 pageant. 1st Runner-Up, Patrícia Reginato of Paraná, represented Brazil at Miss World 2005 and 2nd Runner-Up, Ariane Colombo of Espírito Santo, represented the country at Miss International 2005.
Miss Brazil 2004 was the 50th edition of the Miss Brazil pageant. It was held on 15 April 2004 at Credicard Hall in São Paulo, São Paulo State, Brazil and was hosted by Nayla Micherif and Gustavo Gianetti with Thiago Mansur, Astrid Fontenelle, Fernando Scherer, Sabrina Parlatore, Luciana Curtis, and Isabella Fiorentino all as commentators. Gislaine Ferreira, who is originally from Minas Gerais but competed as Miss Tocantins, crowned her successor Fabiane Niclotti of Rio Grande do Sul at the end of the event. Niclotti represented Brazil at the Miss Universe 2004 pageant. 1st Runner-Up, Iara Coelho of Minas Gerais, represented Brazil at Miss World 2004 and 2nd Runner-Up, Grazi Massafera of Paraná, represented the country at Miss International 2004.
Miss Amazonas is a Brazilian Beauty pageant which selects the representative for the State of Amazonas at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1955 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1990, 1991, 1993, and 2020. It is also the first and the oldest pageant in the state. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. The competition was organized for many years by the ceremonial Lucius Gonçalves as a director, but in 2019, it was TV Bandeirantes Amazonas who carried out the contest. Since 2021, Miro Sampaio has been the State Director. Amazonas is the only state in the Northern Region of Brazil to have two crowns in the national contest:
Miss Rio Grande do Sul is a Brazilian Beauty pageant which selects the representative for the State of Rio Grande do Sul at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1954 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1990, 1993, and 2020. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. Since 2023, Bebeto Azevêdo has been the state director of Miss Rio Grande do Sul. Rio Grande do Sul is the state with the most crowns in the national contest and also the state that produced the first Miss Brazil to win the Miss Universe contest, Iêda Maria Vargas of Porto Alegre.
Miss Amapá is a Brazilian beauty pageant which selects the representative for the State of Amapá at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1958 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1961, 1964–1965, 1967–1968, 1970, 1990, 1993, and 2020. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. Since 2011, the State director of Miss Amapá is, Enyellen Sales, who is also Miss Amapá 2009. Amapá still has yet to win any crowns in the national contest.
Miss Rondônia is a Brazilian Beauty pageant which selects the representative for the State of Rondônia at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1964 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1954–1963, 1969, 1977–1978, 1990, 1991, 1993, and 2020. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. Since 2023, the State Director of Miss Rondônia is Eletícia Dias. Miss Grand Brazil 2023 was the 5th edition of the Miss Grand Brazil beauty pageant, originally programmed to be held on June 29, 2023, at Hotel Sibara Flat & Conventions in Balneário Camboriú, Santa Catarina, but was later rescheduled to June 10 and the venue was moved to Recanto Cataratas Thermas Resort, Foz do Iguaçu, Paraná.

Miss Paraná is a Brazilian Beauty pageant which selects the representative for the State of Paraná at the Miss Brazil contest. Since 2024, the State director of Miss Paraná is, Edielder Godoy de Lima or known simply as Edy Godoy.
Miss Mato Grosso is a Brazilian Beauty pageant which selects the representative for the State of Mato Grosso at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1955 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1990-1991, and 1993. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. Since 2023, the State directors of Miss Mato Grosso are, Muryllo Lorensoni and Nadeska Calmon.
Miss Distrito Federal, formerly called Miss Brasília, is a Brazilian Beauty pageant which selects the representative for the Brazilian Federal District at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1959 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1990–1991, 1993, and 2020. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. Since 2019, the State director of Miss Distrito Federal is, Mayck Carvalho.
Miss Ceará is a Brazilian Beauty pageant which selects the representative for the State of Ceará at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1955 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1990–1991, 1993, and 2020. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. Since 2018, the State directors for Miss Ceará are Valéria Mannarino and Guilhermino Benevides. Ceará has won four crowns in the national contest.
Miss Rio Grande do Norte is a Brazilian Beauty pageant which selects the representative for the State of Rio Grande do Norte at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1955 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1990–1991, 1993, and 2020. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. Since 2011, the State director for Miss Rio Grande do Norte is George Azevêdo. Rio Grande do Norte has won two crowns in the national contest.
Miss Sergipe is a Brazilian beauty pageant which selects the representative for the State of Sergipe at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1956 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1990–1991 and 1993. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. Since 2018, the State director for Miss Sergipe is Luiz Plínio. Sergipe still has yet to win any crowns in the national contest.
Miss Minas Gerais is a Brazilian beauty pageant which selects the representative for the State of Minas Gerais at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1955 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1990–1991, 1993, and 2020. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. Since 2023, the State director for Miss Minas Gerais is Diley Almeida. Minas Gerais has won nine crowns in the national contest.
Miss Rio de Janeiro, also referred to as Miss Estado do Rio de Janeiro or simply just Miss Estado do Rio, is a Brazilian Beauty pageant which selects the representative for the State of Rio de Janeiro at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1954 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1990, 1993, and 2020. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. Since 2023, the State director for Miss Rio de Janeiro is Juliane Oliveira. Rio de Janeiro has won two crowns in the national contest competing as Miss Rio de Janeiro and six additional national crowns representing parts of the state.
Miss São Paulo, also referred to as Miss Estado de São Paulo, is a Brazilian Beauty pageant which selects the representative for the State of São Paulo at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1954 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1990, 1993, and 2020. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. Since 2024, the State directors for Miss São Paulo are Renata Vilani and Samuel Teixeira. São Paulo has won eight crowns in the national contest.
