Miss Amazonas is a Brazilian Beauty pageant which selects the representative for the State of Amazonas at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1955 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1990, 1991, 1993, and 2020. It is also the first and the oldest pageant in the state. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. The competition was organized for many years by the ceremonial Lucius Gonçalves (from 2010 to 2018) as a director, but in 2019, it was TV Bandeirantes Amazonas who carried out the contest. Since 2021, Miro Sampaio has been the State Director. Amazonas is the only state in the Northern Region of Brazil to have two crowns in the national contest:

Miss Brazil World 2007 was the 18th edition of the Miss Brazil World pageant and 2nd under MMB Productions & Events. The contest took place on September 22, 2007. Each state, the Federal District and Fernando de Noronha competed for the title. Jane Borges of Goiânia, Goiás crowned Regiane Andrade of Santa Catarina at the end of the contest. Andrade represented Brazil at Miss World 2007. The contest was held at the Barueri Municipal Theatre in Barueri, São Paulo, Brazil.
Miss Brazil 2015, officially Miss Brazil Be Emotion 2015, was the 61st edition of the Miss Brazil pageant. It was held on 18 November 2015 at Citibank Hall in São Paulo, and was hosted by Cássio Reis and Mariana Weickert. Melissa Gurgel of Ceará crowned her successor Marthina Brandt of Rio Grande do Sul at the end of the event. Brandt represented Brazil at the Miss Universe 2015 pageant and placed in the Top 15.
Miss Brazil 2016, officially Miss Brazil Be Emotion 2016, was the 62nd edition of the Miss Brazil pageant. It was held on 1 October 2016 at Citibank Hall in São Paulo, and was hosted by Cássio Reis and Daniele Suzuki with Karol Pinheiro as a backstage correspondent.
Miss Brazil 2004 was the 50th edition of the Miss Brazil pageant. It was held on 15 April 2004 at Credicard Hall in São Paulo, São Paulo State, Brazil and was hosted by Nayla Micherif and Gustavo Gianetti with Thiago Mansur, Astrid Fontenelle, Fernando Scherer, Sabrina Parlatore, Luciana Curtis, and Isabella Fiorentino all as commentators. Gislaine Ferreira, who is originally from Minas Gerais but competed as Miss Tocantins, crowned her successor Fabiane Niclotti of Rio Grande do Sul at the end of the event. Niclotti represented Brazil at the Miss Universe 2004 pageant. 1st Runner-Up, Iara Coelho of Minas Gerais, represented Brazil at Miss World 2004 and 2nd Runner-Up, Grazi Massafera of Paraná, represented the country at Miss International 2004.
Miss Amapá is a Brazilian beauty pageant which selects the representative for the State of Amapá at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1958 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1961, 1964–1965, 1967–1968, 1970, 1990, 1993, and 2020. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. Since 2011, the State director of Miss Amapá is, Enyellen Sales, who is also Miss Amapá 2009. Amapá still has yet to win any crowns in the national contest.
Miss Acre is a Brazilian beauty pageant which selects the representative for the State of Acre at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1956 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1957, 1960–1962, 1990, 1993, and 2020. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. The state contest is currently coordinated by journalist Allex Tomás. Acre still has yet to win any crowns in the national contest.
Miss Rondônia is a Brazilian Beauty pageant which selects the representative for the State of Rondônia at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1964 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1954–1963, 1969, 1977–1978, 1990, 1991, 1993, and 2020. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. Since 2023, the State Director of Miss Rondônia is Eletícia Dias. Rondônia still has yet to win any crowns in the national contest
Miss Roraima is a Brazilian beauty pageant which selects the representative for the State of Roraima at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1959 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1960–1964, 1969–1970, 1976, 1990–1991, and 1993. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. Since 2017, the State director of Miss Roraima is, Paulo Silas Valente. Roraima still has yet to win any crowns in the national contest
Miss Tocantins is a Brazilian Beauty pageant which selects the representative for the State of Tocantins at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1989 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1990–1991, 1993, and 2020. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. Since 2021, the State director of Miss Tocantins is, Raffael Rodrigues. Tocantins has won only one crown in the national contest:

The pageant was created in 1979 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1990-1991, 1993, and 2020. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. Since 2023, the State director of Miss Mato Grosso do Sul is, Frank Rossatte.
Miss Goiás is a Brazilian Beauty pageant which selects the representative for the State of Goiás at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1954 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1990 and 1993. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. Since 2021, the State director of Miss Goiás is, Raffael Rodrigues. Goiás still has yet to win a Miss Brazil national crown.

Since 2019, the State director for Miss Paraíba is George Azevêdo. Paraíba still has yet to win a crown in the national contest.
Miss Ceará is a Brazilian Beauty pageant which selects the representative for the State of Ceará at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1955 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1990–1991, 1993, and 2020. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. Since 2018, the State directors for Miss Ceará are Valéria Mannarino and Guilhermino Benevides. Ceará has won four crowns in the national contest.
Miss Espírito Santo is a Brazilian Beauty pageant which selects the representative for the State of Espírito Santo at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1955 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1990, 1993, and 2020. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. Since 2022, the State director for Miss Espírito Santo is Charles Souza. Espírito Santo has won only one crown in the national contest.
Miss Minas Gerais is a Brazilian beauty pageant which selects the representative for the State of Minas Gerais at the Miss Brazil contest. The pageant was created in 1955 and has been held every year since with the exception of 1990–1991, 1993, and 2020. The pageant is held annually with representation of several municipalities. Since 2023, the State director for Miss Minas Gerais is Diley Almeida. Minas Gerais has won nine crowns in the national contest.
