The Miss Kentucky's Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of Kentucky for the Miss America's Teen pageant.

Sophia Todd of Elizabethtown was crowned Miss Kentucky's Outstanding Teen on June 17, 2023, at the Southern Kentucky Performing Arts Center (SKyPAC) in Bowling Green, Kentucky. She will compete for the title of Miss America's Teen 2024 in January 2024.

In January 2023, the official name of the pageant was changed from Miss Kentucky's Outstanding Teen, to Miss Kentucky's Teen, in accordance with the national pageant.

Maria Christina Maldonado Smith is an American beauty pageant titleholder from Lexington, Kentucky. She was named Miss Kentucky Teen 1999 and crowned Miss Kentucky 2004. She competed for the Miss America 2005 title.

The Miss Missouri's Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of Missouri in the Miss America's Teen pageant. Miss Missouri's Teen pageant is often held the second weekend of June.

Miss America 2017, the 90th Miss America pageant, was held at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey, on Sunday, September 11, 2016. The event was broadcast by ABC in the United States, the first in the network's newest agreement to carry the pageant until 2019, with Dick Clark Productions producing the ceremony.
