The Miss Mississippi's Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of Mississippi in the Miss America's Teen pageant.

Nataleigh Nix of Madison was crowned Miss Mississippi's Teen on April 23, 2023 at the Ardis T. Williams Auditorium in Vicksburg, Mississippi. She will compete for the title of Miss America's Teen 2024 in January 2024.

Hannah Camille Roberts is an American beauty pageant titleholder from Mount Olive, Mississippi. She was named the Distinguished Young Woman of Mississippi in 2011 and crowned Miss Mississippi 2015. Roberts competed for the Miss America 2016 title on September 13, 2015, and was named first runner-up.

The Miss Missouri's Teen competition is the pageant that selects the representative for the U.S. state of Missouri in the Miss America's Teen pageant. Miss Missouri's Teen pageant is often held the second weekend of June.

Miss America 2018, the 91st Miss America pageant, though the Miss America Organization celebrated its 97th anniversary in 2017. This discrepancy is due to no national pageants being held from 1928 to 1932 or in 1934 because of financial problems associated with the Great Depression. The 2018 pageant was held in Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, New Jersey on Sunday, September 10, 2017. This was the first Miss America pageant to be held in Atlantic City since the Miss America Organization headquarters relocated to Boardwalk Hall.

At the conclusion of the event, Meghan Miller of Texas crowned her successor Maria DeSantis of New York. The pageant was hosted by Miss America 2006 Jennifer Berry and N'SYNC singer Joey Fatone.

Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2022 was the 15th Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant held in Orlando, Florida. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the planned 2021 edition was originally scheduled on August 8, 2020, the preliminary competitions were also scheduled on August 4–6, 2020, but it was postponed indefinitely. It has been announced that pageant would be held on July 10, 2021, with preliminary competitions were held on July 7–8, 2021.

Miss America's Outstanding Teen 2023 was the 16th Miss America's Outstanding Teen pageant held on August 12, 2022 at the Hyatt Regency Dallas in Dallas, Texas. The preliminary competition was held on August 10 & 11, 2022. This was the first time the national pageant was not held in Orlando, Florida.
