Mississippi Highway 321 (MS 321) is a state highway consisting of two segments, one connecting Webb to Brazil in Tallahatchie County, the other in Quitman County in and around Lambert. It is a two-lane road for its entire length.
The southern segment of MS 321 begins about one mile (1.6 km) east of Webb along MS 32 and Pecan Road. The two-lane state maintained highway [2] heads north eventually paralleling the Tallahatchie River. The road is otherwise surrounded by agricultural fields. In the unincorporated community of Brazil, state maintenance ends before the road, continuing north as Brazil Quitman County Road, crosses Buzzard Bayou. [3]
The northern segment of MS 321, completely maintained by Quitman County and the town of Lambert, [2] begins at the intersection of Anderson Road and Schieleville Road. The intersection is located near the former Camp B of the Mississippi State Penitentiary, now mostly the O'Keefe Wildlife Management Area. The road heads due north paralleling a railroad and traveling through farmland before the road enters the town of Lambert. In the town, MS 321 carries the name 6th Street and passes by houses and churches. MS 321 ends at an intersection with MS 322 in Lambert. [4]

Mississippi Highway 6 (MS 6) runs east–west from MS 161 in Lyon, east to MS 25 near Amory. It travels approximately 139 miles (224 km), serving Coahoma, Quitman, Panola, Lafayette, Pontotoc, Lee, and Monroe Counties. West of Tupelo, it is concurrent with US 278. Points of interest along the route include the University of Mississippi, Trace State Park, Natchez Trace Parkway, the Elvis Presley Birthplace, and Tombigbee State Park.
Mississippi Highway 30 is a state highway that runs across the North Central Hills of the Appalachian Mountains in northeast Mississippi. It travels east–west for 91.1 miles (146.6 km) from MS 7 at Oxford, Mississippi to the Natchez Trace Parkway in Mingo near the Alabama state line.
Mississippi Highway 145 (MS 145) is the designation for the parts of the old U.S. Route 45 (US 45) roadbed that the state continues to maintain or has designated. Those ten sections travel through Waynesboro, near Boice, through Shubuta, from De Soto to Meridian, through Shuqualak, through Macon, through Aberdeen, through Nettleton, from Shannon to Booneville, and through Corinth.
Mississippi Highway 555 is a state highway in southwestern Mississippi. The route has two sections, both in Adams County. The first section starts at Ogden Road and travels northwestward to its terminus at US 61. The second section starts at the concurrency of MS 930 and MS 932 and the concurrency of US 61 and US 84 in Natchez. MS 555 travels northward through Pine Ridge and ends at Anna's Bottom Road near the Anna site. The route travels by a few historical locations, including the Pine Ridge Presbyterian Church.
Mississippi Highway 3 is a north–south Mississippi state highway, located entirely within the Mississippi Delta region, running from Redwood to Lake Cormorant, both at an intersection with U.S. Route 61. For much of its duration, MS 3 is overlapped (concurrent) with U.S. Route 49W. It travels approximately 192 miles (309 km), serving DeSoto, Tunica, Tate, Panola, Quitman, Tallahatchie, Sunflower, Humphreys, Yazoo, and Warren counties.
Mississippi Highway 43 is a state highway in Mississippi that generally runs north–south in three segments: the first from US 90 near Bay St. Louis to MS 13 south of Columbia, resuming at MS 13 in southern Jefferson Davis County to end near Mendenhall, and finally starting again at MS 18 near Puckett to end at Attala Road 3122 in northern Attala County. It traverses approximately 235 miles (378 km), serving Hancock, Pearl River, Marion, Jefferson Davis, Lawrence, Simpson, Rankin, Madison, Leake, and Attala counties.
U.S. Route 49E is an 89.6-mile-long (144.2 km) U.S. Highway in the Delta region of Mississippi. It travels through Yazoo, Holmes, Leflore, and Tallahatchie counties.
Mississippi Highway 32 is a state highway in northern Mississippi it runs from east to west for 152.0 miles (244.6 km), serving the counties of Bolivar, Sunflower, Tallahatchie, Yalobusha, Calhoun, and Chickasaw. The publicly accessible portion of MS 32 is divided into two sections, the first of which begins near Perthshire and runs eastward to the rear entrance of the Mississippi State Penitentiary (MSP). The second section begins at the main entrance of MSP and runs eastward to MS 32's terminus in Okolona. A private portion of MS 32 runs from the main entrance of MSP to the rear entrance of MSP.
Mississippi Highway 305 is a north–south highway in Lafayette, DeSoto, and Tate counties. An unsigned segment runs from the north shore of Sardis Lake in Teckville to MS 310. The main segment runs from MS 4, just east of the community of Looxahoma, north through eastern DeSoto and Tate counties to its northern terminus at the Mississippi/Tennessee state line.
Mississippi Highway 149 is a state highway in Mississippi. The route designation is given to six former segments of U.S. Route 49, and two former sections of US 49W, within the state that have been bypassed. The sections run through Wiggins, Mount Olive, between Magee and Sanatorium, between Mendenhall and Braxton, in Richland, Mississippi, between Yazoo City and Silver City, Inverness, and Clarksdale. The total length of the eight sections of MS 149 is 58.073 miles (93.459 km).
Mississippi Highway 315 is an 80.4-mile-long (129.4 km) state highway located in northern Mississippi. The highway consists of two segments, one from MS 9W near Paris in Lafayette County to U.S. Route 278 (US 278) and MS 6 in Panola County, and another from US 278/MS 6 in Panola County to US 49/US 61 near Rich in Coahoma County. Along the way, the highway passes over Sardis Dam east of the town of Sardis. Though the two segments of MS 315 are signed north and south, they generally run in an east to westerly direction.
Mississippi Highway 316 is a state highway connecting Friars Point, Jonestown, and Marks in the Mississippi Delta region of Mississippi. It is a two-lane route for its entire length of 22.8 miles (36.7 km).
Mississippi Highway 322 is an east-west state highway connecting Sherard at MS 1 to Crowder at MS 35. Traveling through Coahoma, Quitman, Panola counties, it has a length of 43.9 miles (70.7 km) and connects Clarksdale, Hopson, Lambert, and Crowder.
Mississippi Highway 345 is a 9.272-mile-long (14.922 km) north–south state highway in Pontotoc County, Mississippi, connecting the city of Pontotoc with the town of Ecru.
Mississippi Highway 346, also known as Hurricane Road, is a 9.644-mile-long (15.521 km) west–east state highway in Pontotoc County, Mississippi, connecting the community of Esperanza with MS 15 and the town of Ecru. It is generally a narrow two-lane route.
Mississippi Highway 611, also known as Industrial Road, is a 4.2-mile-long (6.8 km) north–south state highway in the southeastern corner of the city of Pascagoula, in the Mississippi Gulf Coast region of Mississippi. It serves to connect the city's main industrial park, including an oil refinery, with U.S. Highway 90, MS 63, and the rest of the city. A second, 0.7-mile-long (1.1 km) segment also exists in central Pascagoula that is unsigned and maintained by the city.
Mississippi Highway 349 is a 17.1-mile-long (27.5 km) north–south state highway in the North Central Hills region of North Mississippi. It connects MS 30 to the town of Potts Camp ending at MS 178. All of MS 349 travels within Holly Springs National Forest. A loop of MS 349 runs to the east of the highway near Bethlehem is designated Mississippi Highway 347.
Mississippi Highway 407 (MS 407) is a two-lane wide state highway in central Mississippi consisting of two separate segments. The first segment connects the towns of McCool and Weir with MS 12 and is signed a north-south route. The second segment runs from French Camp at MS 413 west to Winona at U.S. Route 51 (US 51). Most of the road is state maintained, however, a 5.5-mile-long (8.9 km) segment between McCool and Weir are maintained as county roads.
Mississippi Highway 570 (MS 570) is a two-segment state highway in the U.S. state of Mississippi that travels in the vicinity of McComb. The western segment runs from U.S. Route 98 (US 98) in Franklin County to US 51 in McComb. The eastern segment runs from MS 44 in McComb to MS 44 near Pricedale.
Mississippi Highway 472 (MS 472) is a two-lane wide state highway in Copiah and Simpson counties, Mississippi. The highway consists of two segments- a western segment that runs from outside of Hazlehurst to Rockport that is signed and state maintained, and an eastern segment which is unsigned and maintained by Simpson County. The route number was created in 1957 and had once extended as far west as Carpenter.
