He added that he did not claim the royalties as it was almost impossible for him to access the royalties to the song without the other participants signatures, and later tweeted that the song is his and Tumelo's, including DJ Maphorisa, Nandipha808, Ceeka RSA and Tyron Dee. [12]

MFR Souls is a South African amapiano music duo founded in 2012 by Tumelo Nedondwe and Tumelo Mabe, both of whom are DJ and music producers from Katlehong in the East Rand of Johannesburg. They are regarded as being part of the pioneers of the ama piano sound, alongside Kabza de small, Jazzidiciples. Their hit single "Love You Tonight" was commercial success certified platinum in South Africa.

Sandile Fortune Msimango, popularly known by his stage name Young Stunna is a South African Amapiano singer. He is known for his hit singles "Bopha" and "Adiwele". He has also extensively worked with record producers DJ Maphorisa and Kabza De Small.

Thabo Ngubane, is a South African DJ and record producer professionally known as Mas Musiq. He came to prominence subsequent to the release of his singles "Sengizwile" and "Uzozisola", of which the latter was certified double platinum by the Recording Industry of South Africa (RiSA).

Kamogelo Matona, known professionally as Kamo Mphela, is a South African dancer and singer. She became an internet celebrity after she posted a video of her dancing on her social media account.

Black Motion is a South African afro house duo formed in Soshanguve, Gauteng and founded in 2010. The group is composed of Roy Thabo Mabogwane (Smol) and Kabelo Koma.

He rose to prominence subsequent to the release of "Mnike" which was certified platinum in South Africa, and peaked at number one for sixteen consecutive weeks on The Official South African Charts and Billboard South Africa songs.

Thuthuka Wandile Zindlovu, prominently known as Dlala Thukzin is a South African DJ and record producer born and bred in Lamontville, KwaZulu-Natal. He is famous for his versatility of blending amapiano and afro tech with gqom.

Zandile Nxumalo professionally known as Zee Nxumalo, is a Swazi-born singer, songwriter and dancer, based in South Africa. Her single "Funk 55", released in 2023, brought her mainstream success and was certified 5× Platinum in South Africa. She featured on the song "Ama Gear" by Dlala Thukzin, which made it to the top 20 of Ukhozi FM in 2024.
