Modiran Vehicle Manufacturing Company (MVM) is an Iranian automobile firm. [1] [2]
MVM is a subsidiary of Kerman Motor, an Iranian assembler of Volkswagens, that also used to assemble a version of the Daewoo Matiz for the local market. The Matiz had been assembled by Kerman Khodro since the year 2000 in a joint venture with the South Korean Daewoo Company.
However the crisis at Daewoo Motor in South Korea resulted in a take-over by the American General Motors corporation which then stopped supplying CKD kits to the Iranian company due to U.S. sanctions against the government of Iran for claims about the Iranian state sponsoring terrorism and Iranian violations of United Nations protocols for nuclear inspections. It is offered with two engine options, a 3-cylinder 0.8 liter and a 4-cylinder 1.1 liter. [3] Due to this, Kerman Khodro licensed the Chery QQ3 as the car was of a similar style to the GM car. However, as Kerman Khodro had replaced the GM Daewoo lines with that of Volkswagen, they put it into production at their subsidiary MVM as the 110. It is offered with two engine options, a 3-cylinder 0.8 liter and a 4-cylinder 1.1 liter. [4]
Daewoo Motors was a South Korean automotive company established in 1937 as "National Motors". The company changed its name several times until 1982 when it became "Daewoo Motors" following its acquisition by the Daewoo Group. After running into financial difficulties, it sold most of its assets in 2002 to General Motors at $1.2 billion, becoming a subsidiary of the American company. In 2011, the name "Daewoo" was definitively removed with the company being renamed GM Korea and the Daewoo brand replaced by the Chevrolet marque.

The Chery QQ is a city car produced by the Chinese manufacturer Chery after May 2003. In 2006, Chery created a QQ-branded product line that included the original QQ, a sedan version called Chery QQ6 released in September 2006 and a three-door hatchback called Chery QQme released in June 2009. A slightly redesigned model of the original QQ was revealed at the 2011 Guangzhou Auto Show, and was renamed Chery QQ3 Sport and a new generation was introduced at the 2013 Shanghai Auto Show. The Chery Tiggo is a series of crossover SUVs produced by the Chinese manufacturer Chery Automobile since 2005. The first model, Tiggo 3 was originally named Tiggo and was facelifted in September 2010 with the name changing to Tiggo 3x. The slightly larger Tiggo 5 was later launched in November 2013. The second generation of the Chery Tiggo 5 has seen three major events, the first, of a stylistic nature, the front has been completely revised with new optics in the Arrizo 5 family air, a new grille which now incorporates the new brand logo. Second event, that of its integration into the range of the Italian manufacturer DR Motori, which offers it by rebadging it, for the Italian market and therefore for Europe. Third event, an increase in sales to more than 500,000 units since its launch in 2005 to 2017.

The original Tiggo first debuted at the 2005 Shanghai Motor Show and was called the NCV, meaning New Concept Vehicle. It is the first product of the Chery Tiggo series. The original vehicle was facelifted in September 2010, and received the name change to Tiggo 3 and another facelift in 2014.
The Chery Tiggo 3x is a subcompact crossover produced by Chery based on the Chery Fulwin 2 hatchback. It is called Chery Tiggo 2 in Brazil and Chile.
The Chery Tiggo 5x is a subcompact crossover SUV produced by the Chinese manufacturer Chery under the Tiggo crossover product series. The model also spawned an electric variant called the Chery Tiggo e, and shared the platform with the later introduced Cowin Showjet in 2019.
The Chery Tiggo 7 is a compact crossover SUV produced by Chery under the Tiggo product series. The first generation was launched in 2016, and a rebadged variant sold by Qoros was planned in 2017 which later became a facelift for the 2018 model year Tiggo 7 dubbed the Tiggo 7 Fly. The first generation Tiggo 7 also underpins the Exeed LX. The second generation model was launched in 2020 and was previewed by a design concept unveiled in 2019.
The Chery Tiggo 8 is a series of three-row mid-size crossover SUV produced by Chery under the Tiggo product series. It is positioned between the smaller Tiggo 7 and the larger Tiggo 9. A more upclass variant with an updated styling called the Chery Tiggo 8 Plus was launched in 2020, which is marketed as the Chery Tiggo 8 Pro in overseas markets. Another newer variant with an altered styling called the Tiggo 8 Pro was introduced to the Chinese market in 2022.
The Exeed LX is a subcompact crossover produced by Chery under the Exeed premium brand.
The IKCO Tara is a compact (C-segment) sedan produced by Iranian carmaker Iran Khodro since 2021. This car is a derivative of the Peugeot 301 and is based on Iran Khodro's IKP1 platform, which is a modified version of the PSA PF1 platform. As a result, the platform is shared with the Peugeot 208, Peugeot 2008 and Citroën C-Elysée.
The Chery Omoda 5 is a compact crossover SUV produced by Chery since 2022. The Omoda 5 is the first product of the Omoda product series, one of Chery's product line alongside the Tiggo series.
