Montserrado-15 is an electoral district for the elections to the House of Representatives of Liberia. The district covers the northern parts of Garwolon Township, i.e. the communities of Blamo Town, Central Logan Town, Free Port Development, Gbandi Town, King Peter Town, Little White Chapel, Vicky Spot, Zinc Camp and Zondo Town, as well as the western parts of Caldwell Township, i.e. Caldwell Community, New Georgia Road, Central Caldwell and Lower Caldwell A. Caldwell is a township located in Montserrado County, Liberia. Caldwell was one of the four townships established in the first wave of colonization. It is listed as one of the original settlements comprising the Commonwealth of Liberia in the 1839 Constitution, which was drafted by the American Colonization Society. The name comes from Elias B. Caldwell and family, about 1816, Presbyterians in what became Caldwell, New Jersey.

The 12th Street constitutes the boundary between Montserrado-8 and Montserrado-9.

The district covers the Monrovia communities of ICA Camp, Pyne People, Fiama, Fiama East, Fish Market, Gbangaye Town, Wroto Town, Raymond Field, Central Lakpazee, Old Matadi and New Matadi, as well as the eastern parts of Cooper Clinic and Ocean View communities. The 12th Street constitutes the boundary between Montserrado-8.
Montserrado-10 is an electoral district for the elections to the House of Representatives of Liberia. The district covers all of the communities of the Congo Town township, except Pagos Island and Swankamore.
Montserrado-11 is an electoral district for the elections to the House of Representatives of Liberia. The district covers the eastern parts of Caldwell township, all of Dixville township, parts of Barnersville township and four communities of the Gardnersville township.

The Liberia Transformation Party (LTP) is a political party in Liberia.
The Collaborating Political Parties (CPP) was a political alliance in Liberia. The alliance was originally formed in 2018 by four opposition political parties: the All Liberian Party (ALP), the Unity Party (UP), the Alternative National Congress (ANC), and the Liberty Party (LP). It was certified by the National Elections Commission (NEC) in 2020. By February 2022, the ALP and UP had withdrawn the alliance. By March 2022, a large faction of the LP had left as well. In April 2024, the CPP had officially dissolved.
The 2019 Liberian by-elections were held on July 29 and October 5 in Montserrado County and Grand Cape Mount County respectively. The by-elections in Montserrado were to fill two vacancies, one in the House of Representatives and one in the Senate. The Grand Cape Mount by-election filled one vacancy in the Senate. The Montserrado House by-election in the county's fifteenth district held a partial rerun of the election on August 28. In the end, opposition candidate Abraham Darius Dillon was elected to the Senate in Montserrado County, and ruling party candidate Abu Kamara was elected in the House. Victor Varney Watson was elected to the Senate in Grand Cape Mount County.
