Morooka Masanori (Japanese : 師岡正典) (born in 1951) is a Japanese pen-and-ink drawing artist, who teaches "Pen-and-ink drawing" and "Pencil and water-colour drawing" classes at Asahi Culture Centre in Tachikawa; "Pen-and-ink drawing/Pen and water-colour drawing" classes at Asahi Culture Centre Tokyo, and other classes and also a representative member of Pen-comma-13 Association.
