The Motorola i860 was the first iDEN phone to feature a camera. The VGA camera was equipped with a 10-second video record option and built-in ultra-bright spotlight. As it was the first iDEN phone to feature a camera, it was also first to feature multimedia messaging as well as push-to-send, where contact information could be sent to another compatible device using the phone's push-to-talk button.
Its included demo games included Boulder Dash by Instacom ltd. and First Star Software. It also featured a version of the classic card game spades, developed by Skava. The i860 was also capable of holding up to 80+ downloaded ringtones, as well as the standard Nextel 600-contact storage capability. As with most camera phones, the wallpaper could be replaced with any one of the user's pictures.
i860 featured a GPS function, which pinpointed ones exact location anywhere on earth where service is available, as well as a useful internet function, which could be used for text messages, sending pictures, and video from phone to phone, or from phone to computer. The useful "Recent Calls List" showed the user all incoming, outgoing and missed calls, and the phone was equipped with an easy-to-use datebook which alerted the user (at ones convenience) to an upcoming task.
The i860 featured coast to coast walkie-talkie capability, intended to reduce cell phone traffic.

In 2010, the 'Tour 2' refresh was re-branded as the Blackberry Bold 9650 when RIM decided to merge the GSM and CDMA2000 variants under the same brand.
The LG Rumor 2 and LG Script is a Sprint, Bell Mobility, Solo Mobile, Virgin Mobile USA and Virgin Mobile Canada feature phone manufactured by LG Electronics. It is available in black titanium, vibrant blue, purple, gray, and orange. The phones are offered by Sprint in Black, Blue, and Orange and were released in March 2009. Clearnet was a division of Telus Mobility launched in April 2011 to sell landline and mobile phone bundles in Western Canada. It was a revival of the Clearnet Communications brand name, which originally belonged to an independent cellular provider that was merged into Telus Mobility in 2000. Telus relaunched Clearnet as a discount provider with a "limited market trial" in Kelowna, British Columbia and Red Deer, Alberta.
ChatON was a global mobile communication service introduced by Samsung Electronics in September 2011. ChatON served more than 120 countries in 62 languages. ChatON was available on Android, iOS, BlackBerry, Windows Phone, Windows Mobile (Korea), and Bada smartphones. Additionally, a web client was offered for access to the service via web browsers. Users could invite and register buddies via Facebook and Twitter as well as share ChatON content on Facebook. Among ChatON's unique features were allowing users to create Animation messages, Broadcast to send personal notices in a group chat room, and the Trunk which stores media files shared in chats. When a user logs in ChatON, the user's buddy list is available on any connected device.
