The Arkansas Timberlands is the birthplace of former President of the United States Bill Clinton.

Arkansas Highway 133 is a designation for three state highways in South Arkansas. One route of 24.20 miles (38.95 km) runs from Louisiana Highway 142 north through Crossett to Highway 8 near Fountain Hill. A second segment runs from Highway 160 north to US Route 425 (US 425) at Lacey. A third segment begins in Rison at Highway 35 and runs north to Highway 54 south of Pine Bluff.

Rison School District was a school district headquartered in Rison, Arkansas. It operated Rison Elementary School and Rison High School. Its mascot was the wildcat.
7th Missouri Cavalry Regiment was a cavalry unit from Missouri that served in the Union Army during the American Civil War. The regiment was formed on 20 February 1862 by merging Bishop's Cavalry Battalion with some unattached cavalry companies. The regiment fought at Independence, Lone Jack, Prairie Grove and Van Buren in 1862. The unit participated in Frederick Steele's expedition to Little Rock in 1863, fighting at Brownsville, Ashley's Mills, and Bayou Fourche. In 1864, the regiment went on the Camden Expedition and fought at Mount Elba and Marks' Mills. The remaining soldiers were consolidated with the 1st Missouri Volunteer Cavalry Regiment on 22 February 1865.
Toledo is an unincorporated community in Cleveland County, Arkansas, United States. From 1873 to 1891, the community served as the county seat. During the town's heyday, there were several businesses and a school. In 1882 the railroad bypassed the community and the county seat moved to Rison. People moved away and the once-thriving town reverted to farmland.
Dubuque, Arkansas, was a town on the White River during the 19th century. White settlement began in 1814, and the town grew until the American Civil War. Dubuque's location at a river crossing and the presence of nearby lead mines drew attention to it during the war, and the town was destroyed during the fighting. Some postwar rebuilding efforts occurred, but it had mostly ceased to exist by 1870. The former location of Dubuque is now beneath Bull Shoals Lake.
