Muhsine Gezer (born 1 April 2003) is a Turkish female para-athlete competing in the T20 disability class of mainly middle-distance events 800 m and 1500 m.
Muhsine Gezer was born in Burhaniye district of Balıkesir on 1 April 2003. [1]
Gezer competed in the triple jump, 800 m, 100 m hurdles and 4 × 400 m relay events at the 2016 INAS European Athletics Championships held in Ankara, Turkey, and took the bronze medal in triple jump and the gold medal in 800 m. [2] [3]
She won the bronze medal in the 800 m T20 event at the 2017 World Para Athletics Championships held in London, United Kingdom. [1] The same year, she captured the gold medal in the 400 m event at the World Para Athletics Junior Championships in Nottwil, Switzerland. [4]
Gezer took the silver medal in the 800 m event, and captured the gold medal in 1500 m event at the 2018 INAS Indoor Athletics Championships in Val-de-Reuil, France. [5]
In 2019, she won a gold medal in the II1 category of the 4 × 200 m relay II1 event and three silver medals in the 800 m, 1500 m and 4 x 400 relay events at the INAS Open European Athletics Championships in Istanbul, Turkey. [6] She became world champion in the 1500 m T20 (U18) event at the 2019 World Para Athletics Junior Championships in Nottwil, Switzerland. [7]

The World Athletics Indoor Championships are a biennial indoor track and field competition served as the global championship for that version of the sport. Organised by the World Athletics, the competition was inaugurated as the World Indoor Games in 1985 in Paris, France and were subsequently renamed to IAAF World Indoor Championships in 1987. The current name was adapted with the name change of the sports governing body in 2019.
Jennifer Brenda "Jenny" Meadows is a retired British athlete. Her main event was the 800 metres, although she previously competed also over the 400 metres. She won the bronze medal at the 2009 World Championships, and a silver at the 2010 World Indoor Championships. At the European Athletics Championships, Meadows took silver outdoors in 2010 and gold indoors in 2011. She also had some international success as part of the Great Britain women's 4 x 400 metres relay squad.
The 2012 IAAF World Indoor Championships in Athletics was the 14th edition of the global-level indoor track and field competition and was held between March 9–11, 2012 at the Ataköy Athletics Arena in Istanbul, Turkey. It was the first of four IAAF World Athletics Series events in 2012, which includes the World Race Walking Cup, the World Junior Championships and the World Half Marathon Championships.
Adam Piotr Kszczot is a retired Polish middle-distance runner who specialised in the 800 metres. His achievements include silver medals at the 2015 and 2017 World Championships in Athletics, gold at the 2018 World Indoor Championships as well as silver and bronze at the 2014 and 2010 World Indoor Championships respectively. Kszczot won three gold medals in the 800 m at both the European Outdoor and Indoor Championships. He twice competed at the Olympic Games, in 2012 and 2016, narrowly missing the final on both occasions.
Marcin Przemysław Lewandowski is a Polish retired middle-distance runner. He won the bronze medal in the 1500 metres at the 2019 World Athletics Championships and silver in the same event at the 2018 World Indoor Championships. At the European Athletics Championships, Lewandowski claimed gold in the 800 metres in 2010 and silvers in 2016 and 2018 for the 800 m and 1500 m respectively. He took also five medals at the European Indoor Championships, including three golds between 2015 and 2019, and two silvers in 2011 and 2021.
İlham Tanui Özbilen is a middle distance runner now representing Turkey. The 1.77 m (5.8 ft) tall athlete weighs 60 kg (130 lb). He is coached by Kenyan Patrick Sang.
Yeliz Kurt is a Turkish female middle distance runner competing mostly in the 800 m and 1500 m as well as 4 × 400 m relay events. Kurt tested positive for the anabolic steroid Stanozolol in June 2013 and was handed a two-year ban from sports.

Maguire competed in the 4 × 400 metres relay T53/T54 at the 2016 Summer Paralympics, and competed in the 400 metres T54, 800 metres T54 and mixed 4 × 100 metres relay events at the delayed 2020 Summer Paralympics. He was part of the British team that won a silver medal in the 2020 Paralympic mixed 4 × 100 metres relay. He also competed for England at the 2018 Commonwealth Games, and won the 1500 metres T54 event at the 2022 Commonwealth Games.
