Multi, known by the old name of Multilaser, is an electronics company based in Brazil. [3]

Former name Multilaser are manufacturers and marketers of tablets, media players, GPS, pen drives, computer accessories, games, smartphones, sporting goods, audio and video, with greater highlights for computer accessories, smartphones and tablets. Its headquarters is located in São Paulo and its industrial complex is located in Extrema, Minas Gerais. [4] [5]

It employs more than 2,500 employees and 40 engineers divided into laboratories in Brazil and Asia. [1]

The history of ethanol fuel in Brazil dates from the 1970s and relates to Brazil's sugarcane-based ethanol fuel program, which allowed the country to become the world's second largest producer of ethanol, and the world's largest exporter. Several important political and technological developments led Brazil to become the world leader in the sustainable use of bioethanol, and a policy model for other developing countries in the tropical zone of Latin America, the Caribbean, and Africa. Playtronic Industrial Ltda. is a Brazilian video game company. Its original iteration was also a toy manufacturer and was based in Manaus, Brazil, and was a joint venture between companies Gradiente Industrial S.A. and Manufatura de Brinquedos Estrela S.A.. The company was founded on March 15, 1993, by the CEOs Eugênio Staub, from Estrela, and Mario Adler, from Gradiente. The initial business was assembling Nintendo products outside Japan for the Brazilian market, competing directly with Tec Toy, the Sega representative in the country. During this pageant MMB Productions & Events became CNB Miss Brazil, thus this is the 1st under CNB Miss Brazil. The contest took place on June 27, 2015. Each state, the Federal District and various Insular Regions & Cities competed for the title. Julia Gama of Rio Grande do Sul originally crowned Ana Luísa Castro of Sergipe at the end of the contest but Castro resigned the title after the contest due to having an unrecognized marriage outside of Brazil in Belgium and wanting to get her marriage recognized in Brazil. As a result, Catharina Choi of Ilhabela was crowned as the Miss Brazil World 2015 by Castro. Choi represented Brazil at Miss World 2015. The contest was held at the Pedro Ivo Theater in Florianópolis, Santa Catarina, Brazil.

Miss Brazil World 2010 was the 21st edition of the Miss Brazil World pageant and 5th under MMB Productions & Events. The contest took place on August 7, 2010. Each state, the Federal District and representatives from various Insular Regions & the Brazilian diaspora competed for the title. Luciana Reis of Roraima crowned Kamilla Salgado of Pará at the end of the contest. Salgado represented Brazil at Miss World 2010. The contest was held at the Hotel do Frade in Angra dos Reis, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

Juceila Bueno of Rio Grande do Sul crowned Mariana Notarângelo of Rio de Janeiro at the end of the contest. Notarângelo represented Brazil at Miss World 2012. The contest was held at the Rede Pampa Studios in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil.

Tekpix was a line of technology products from the Brazilian company Tecnomania. It became best known for its multifunctional cameras, which started being sold in the early 2000s, but stopped in 2013 due to the growing popularity of smartphones. The Tekpix TV announcer, "Juarez from Tekpix," became a meme for his catchphrases, such as "Let's talk about good things," and for claiming that the Tekpix was the best-selling camera in Brazil; however, this was never proven. The line also included an Android tablet, the i-TVWF7x-4.0, released in 2013. The products received negative reviews regarding low quality and high price, with several comparisons being made with other products of lower value and better quality by technology sites.
