Musa Sherif, (born 7 September 1971) is an Indian Motorsports professional and seven-time Indian National champion co-driver competing in the Indian National Rally Championship (INRC). Born in Kumble, a small town in Kasargod district, [1] [2] [3] he made his debut in 1993 and became the first Indian to complete 300 rallies, both in two-wheeler and four-wheelers in all formats of rallying including TSD rallies. [4]
Sherif got hooked on rallying in 1993 when he competed in the Mandovi rally at Mangalore [3] as a rider and shifted to four-wheelers in 1995. He currently competes in yellow colours with JK Tyre team and navigates for seven-time National champion driver Gaurav Gill. The duo won the popular Karnataka 1000 rally, the second round of the delayed INRC 2021 where he completed 300 rallies including 69 international rallies. He also won 35 rounds of the INRC of which 33 came with Gaurav Gill in front of the steering wheel.
Musa also entered the Limca Book of Records in 2011 for navigating for and winning three championship titles in a year (2009). [5]

Carlos Sainz Cenamor is a Spanish rally driver. He won the World Rally Championship drivers' title with Toyota in 1990 and 1992, and finished runner-up four times. Constructors' world champions to have benefited from Sainz are Subaru (1995), Toyota (1999) and Citroën. In the 2018 season he was one of the official drivers of the Team Peugeot Total. He received the Princess of Asturias Sports Award in 2020. Sainz is currently competing in Extreme E for the Acciona | Sainz XE Team alongside teammate Laia Sanz.
Colin Steele McRae, was a British rally driver from Scotland. He was the 1991 and 1992 British Rally Champion, and in 1995 became the first British driver and the youngest person to win the World Rally Championship Drivers' title.
Stig Lennart Blomqvist is a retired Swedish rally driver. He made his international breakthrough in 1971. Driving an Audi Quattro for the Audi factory team, Blomqvist won the World Rally Championship drivers' title in 1984 and finished runner-up in 1985. He won his home event, the Swedish Rally, seven times.

Andreas Mikkelsen is a Norwegian rally driver. He is currently competing in the World Rally Championship-2 and the European Rally Championship for Toksport WRT. The Škoda Fabia R5 is a rally car built by Škoda Motorsport. It is based upon the Škoda Fabia road car and is built to R5 regulations. It made its competition début in 2015 as a successor to the Škoda Fabia S2000. The car proved to be very successful in the World Rally Championship-2 class, winning thirty-five events between 2015 and 2018. Esapekka Lappi won the 2016 World Rally Championship-2 drivers title with four victories, Pontus Tidemand won the 2017 championship and Jan Kopecký won the 2018 championship. Škoda Motorsport won the FIA World Rally Championship-2 for Teams in 2015, 2016 and 2017. Starting in 2019, Škoda Motorsport entered the Fabia R5 in the professional class of the World Rally Championship-2. An updated version of the Fabia R5 known as the Škoda Fabia R5 Evo was introduced during the 2019 season. The car was originally launched with the R5 group nomenclature, but in early 2020, Škoda Motorsport announced the update of their car names according to the new FIA pyramid, renaming successor, the Fabia R5 evo as the Fabia Rally2 evo.

The 2021 FIA World Rally Championship was the forty-ninth season of the World Rally Championship, an auto racing competition recognised by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) as the highest class of international rallying. Teams and crews competed in twelve rallies for the World Rally Championships for Drivers, Co-drivers and Manufacturers. Crews were free to compete in cars complying with World Rally Car, Rally Pyramid and Group R regulations; however, only manufacturers competing with World Rally Cars homologated under regulations introduced in 2017 were eligible to score points in the Manufacturers' championship. The championship began in January 2021 with the Rallye Monte-Carlo and concluded in November 2021 with Rally Monza. The series was supported by the World Rally Championship-2 and World Rally Championship-3 categories at every round of the championship and by the Junior World Rally Championship at selected events.
