The MYX Magna Award is a special award presented annually by Myx. It was first awarded at the first Myx Music Awards in 2006; Sharon Cuneta won the award, and it is given in honor of a music icon with an exemplary contribution in the Philippine music industry. [1]

The Myx Music Awards, currently known as the Myx Awards, are accolades presented by the cable channel Myx to honor the biggest hitmakers in the Philippines. The awards ceremony is held annually and occurs most commonly in March, and broadcast delayed on Myx. Myx viewers from all over the Philippines decide the winners in 17 major categories via SMS text messaging by 2010 it is 60% fan votes through internet and 40% artists votes.

<i>The Voice Kids</i> (Philippine TV series) Philippine television reality show

The Voice Kids is a Philippine television reality talent competition show broadcast by ABS-CBN, Kapamilya Channel and GMA Network. Based on the Dutch television series The Voice Kids, it is a spin-off of The Voice of the Philippines. Originally directed by Johnny Manahan, it was originally hosted by Luis Manzano and Alex Gonzaga. It premiered on May 24, 2014, on ABS-CBN's Yes Weekend line up. Dingdong Dantes currently serves as the host.

Juan Karlos Labajo is a Filipino singer, musician, and actor. Labajo rose to fame at age 13 when he finished third in the first season (2014) of The Voice Kids. He is the frontman and primary songwriter of his namesake band Juan Karlos. He has since released two studio albums as a solo artist and two studio albums with his band.

The first season of Your Face Sounds Familiar was a singing and impersonation competition for celebrities and was based on the Spanish version of the same name. It aired on March 14, 2015 in ABS-CBN and ended on June 7, 2015. It was hosted by Billy Crawford; Jed Madela, Gary Valenciano, and Sharon Cuneta served as the show's judges.

The second season of Your Face Sounds Familiar Kids was a singing and impersonation competition for child celebrities on ABS-CBN from May 5 to August 26, 2018, replacing the sixth season of Pilipinas Got Talent and was replaced by The Kids' Choice. Gary Valenciano, Sharon Cuneta, and Ogie Alcasid reprised their jury duties. Jed Madela, a judge in the first and second seasons of the regular edition, and Nyoy Volante, season 1 runner-up, served as the mentors of the contestants. Billy Crawford also returns as the host.

Juan Karlos is a Filipino rock band from Manila, Philippines, consisting of lead vocalist, rhythm guitarist, primary songwriter and only constant member Juan Karlos Labajo, together with lead guitarist Jeriko Aguilar, and bassist Louise Bayas. The band, currently signed under MCA Music and Island Records, first gained exposure with the release of their second single "Buwan".

Filipino boy band SB19 debuted on the music scene in October 2018. Known for their vocal power and harmonization, synchronization much quality music videos—and high-level choreography therein—the band have achieved multiple awards and won various domestic and international awards for them. They have also appeared in commercials for brands such as Acer, Samsung, Pepsi, Dunkin' Donuts, and Pizza Hut, among others.
