Nancy Gutierrez is an American politician and former math teacher serving as a member of the Arizona House of Representatives. A Democrat,she was elected to represent the 18th district in 2022.
Gutierrez earned a B.S. in elementary education with an emphasis in mathematics from the Northern Arizona University in 1994. [1]
Gutierrez began teaching in Arizona in 1994. [1] She has taught preschool,elementary,high school,and community college mathematics. [1] She moved to Tucson,Arizona with her children and husband in 2007. In 2009,she began teaching yoga. [1] Gutierrez is a certified yoga teacher. [1] In 2010,she was elected president of the Manzanita Elementary School Family Faculty Organization. [1] In 2013,she began teaching at Tucson High Magnet School. [2] Gutierrez is a member of the Tucson Education Association and the Arizona Education Association. [1] In 2018,she was elected president of the Tucson chapter of the National Organization for Women. [1]
In 2022,she was elected to represent district 18 of the Arizona House of Representatives.

Demion Clinco is an American politician,historic preservationist,philanthropist,and business leader from the state of Arizona. Clinco's social innovation included reestablishing the Tucson Historic Preservation Foundation in 2008 and launching Tucson Modernism Week in 2012 and work in the higher-education sector. A member of the Democratic Party,Clinco served in the Arizona House of Representatives,as a member for the second district until 2015. In December 2015 Clinco was appointed to the Governing Board of Pima Community College.
