For this season of Bigg Boss, a lavish house set has been constructed in Backlots of Annapurna Studios 7 Acres, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

The show premiered on 6 September 2020 on Star Maa and Disney+ Hotstar with Nagarjuna hosting the season for the second time, while Samantha appeared as a guest host for a week.

Bigg Boss Non-Stop, is the first season of the Indian Telugu-language reality digital series of Bigg Boss Non-Stop and the first series to be released exclusively on Star India's streaming platform Disney+ Hotstar. The season premiered on 26 February 2022 with Nagarjuna as a host.
