Nations Pride (foaled 28 April 2019) is a multiple graded stakes race winning Irish-bred British-trained Thoroughbred racehorse. As a three-year-old in 2022 he was victorious in three different countries, United Arab Emirates, Great Britain and United States. In 2023 he won in the United Arab Emirates, Germany and Canada.
Nations Pride is a bay colt bred and owned by Sheikh Mohammed's Godolphin organization. He was sent into training with Charlie Appleby at Godolphin's British base in Newmarket, Suffolk.
He was from the eleventh crop of foals sired by Teofilo, who was undefeated champion as a two-year-old. At stud, Teofilo has been a highly successful breeding stallion, shuttling to Australia, siring major winners such as Exultant in Hong Kong, Happy Clapper, Humidor and the sire of two Melbourne Cup winners, Twilight Payment and Cross Counter in Australia. [3] Nations Pride became Teofilo's 23rd top-level winner. Teofilo stood at Kildangan Stud for €30,000 in Ireland in 2021. [4]
Nations Pride's dam Important Time raced twelve times and won three times with her most important victory in the Listed Stutenpreis des Gestuts Winterhauch over 1850 metres (~1 mile 1 furlong 43 yards) at Cologne in Germany. [5]
In the United States, Nations Pride captured two legs of the New York Racing Association Turf Trinity, the Grade I Saratoga Derby and the Grade III Jockey Club Derby Invitational Stakes and was second in the Grade I Belmont Derby.

Galileo was an Irish Thoroughbred racehorse and sire. In a racing career which lasted from October 2000 until October 2001, he ran eight times and won six races. He is best known for having won the Derby, Irish Derby and King George VI and Queen Elizabeth Stakes in 2001. He was named the European Champion Three-Year-Old Colt of 2001.

Teofilo is a retired Irish Thoroughbred racehorse and active stallion. In a racing career that lasted only four months in 2006 he became the European Champion Two-Year-Old of 2006, and retired undefeated after five starts. He won two Group One races: the National Stakes in Ireland and the Dewhurst Stakes in England. He was made favourite for both the 2000 Guineas and The Derby but suffered a knee injury in April 2007 which ended his racing career. He is currently standing at stud in County Kildare.

John F Kennedy was an Irish-bred Thoroughbred racehorse and a stallion stood in Argentina. He was beaten as an odds on favourite on his debut but won his next two races, the latter being the Juvenile Turf Stakes that turned out to be the last win in his racing career. At the end of 2014 he had been one of the antepost favourites for the 2015 Epsom Derby, though he did not run in it after all.

As a three-year-old he was victorious in the Group 1 Poule d'Essai des Poulains and Grade I Woodbine Mile and Breeders' Cup Mile, earning him honors as Champion Turf Male of 2022. He finished his racing career with eight victories, winning five Group/Grade One events and either winning or placing in ten graded races.
