Nehale lyaMpingana Constituency is an electoral constituency in the Oshikoto Region of Namibia, named after Nehale lya Mpingana, one of Namibia's National Heroes. It was created in August 2013, following a recommendation of the Fourth Delimitation Commission of Namibia, and in preparation of the 2014 general election. The administrative centre of Nehale lyaMpingana is the settlement of Okoloti. [1]

Oshikoto is one of the fourteen regions of Namibia, named after Lake Otjikoto near its former capital Tsumeb. The capital of Oshikoto is Omuthiya. Guinas Constituency is an electoral constituency in the Oshikoto Region of Namibia. It has 8,435 inhabitants and consists of the rural area surrounding the mining town of Tsumeb. Larger settlements in the Guinas constituency are Oshivelo and Tsintsabis.
Omuthiyagwiipundi Constituency is an electoral constituency in the Oshikoto Region of Namibia. It has 21,884 inhabitants and contains the settlements of Omuthiya and Iipundi. The only problem is that there is not much of industrial activities which can appeal investors. It is fast-growing and developing, but after ten years, there is not much to attract businesses.
Eengodi Constituency is an electoral constituency in the Oshikoto Region of Namibia. It has 14,995 inhabitants.
Nehale lyaMpingana constituency is traditionally a stronghold of the South West Africa People's Organization (SWAPO) party.
In the 2015 local and regional elections the SWAPO candidate won uncontested and became councillor after no opposition party nominated a candidate. [3]

Nehale Senior Secondary School is a public school in Onayena, Oshikoto Region, Namibia. Established in 1976, it is the second oldest school in the region but also in the entire former Ovamboland. Nehale SSS is named after Nehale Mpingana, king of the Ondonga. The school is located at Onayena, approximately 20 kilometres east of Ondangwa.
Nehale lya Mpingana was Omukwaniilwa of Ondonga, a subtribe of the Owambo, in German South West Africa. Their tribal area is situated around Namutoni on the eastern edge of Etosha pan in today's northern Namibia. He reigned over the eastern part of the Ondonga area from 1884 until his death; Kambonde II kaMpingana was chief of the western part.
Namibia held elections for their local and regional councils on 27 November 2015.
Ondangwa Rural is an electoral constituency in the Oshana Region of Namibia. It has 13,613 inhabitants. Ondangwa Rural was created by splitting the former constituency of Ondangwa into a rural and an urban part in August 2013, following a recommendation of the Fourth Delimitation Commission of Namibia, and in preparation of the 2014 general election. The administrative centre of the constituency is the settlement Eheke.
