"Light" is a song by industrial rock band KMFDM from their 1993 album Angst. The single was first released in 1994 and contains nine different remixes of the song. "Light" peaked at No. 31 on the Billboard Dance/Club Play Songs Chart in May 1994. The single was re-released as a 7" in 2009, and the song was remixed and released as "Light 2010" on December 17, 2010.
"Reverence" is a song by Scottish alternative rock group the Jesus and Mary Chain, released as the first single from the group's fourth studio album, Honey's Dead (1992). It was released by Blanco y Negro Records on 3 February 1992 and reached number 10 on the UK Single Chart and number 21 in Ireland. BBC TV banned the song from airing due to the lyrics "I want to die just like Jesus Christ / I want to die just like J-F-K", but it was not banned from BBC Radio One.

Hysteria is the fourth studio album by the English synth-pop band the Human League, released on 7 May 1984 by Virgin Records. Following the worldwide success of their previous studio album Dare (1981), the band struggled to make a successful follow-up and the sessions for Hysteria were fraught with problems. Big Electric Metal Bass Face is the second studio album by Die Warzau, released on October 1, 1991 by Atlantic and Fiction Records. The band introduced elements of funk music and the speeches of American politicians into their sample library to musically articulate topics concerning race relations such as "Funkopolis". Percussionist Chris Vrenna, who had performed on Nine Inch Nails' 1989 debut Pretty Hate Machine, joined the band to collaborate on tour and to record in studio.
Engine is the third studio album by Die Warzau, released on February 28, 1995 by TVT and Wax Trax! Records. It was the band's first album in over two years and upon release was considered a masterpiece of industrial music.

In 2009 the band agreed to license the songs "Welcome to America" and "Hitler's Brain" from the album to remixgalaxy.com, a website that allowed access to multi-track forms for remixing under a non-commercial personal-use license.
