Old Town Hall is a historic town hall located at Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built in 1798, and is a large two-story brick building in a late-Georgian / early-Federal style. The roof is gently sloping and is topped by a large octagonal cupola and once had a wooden balustrade. The building housed the Wilmington city government until 1916 and served as a focal point of many public events in Delaware's history. The property is owned and managed by the Delaware Historical Society
Black River Canal Warehouse is a historic canal warehouse building located at Boonville in Oneida County, New York. It was built in 1850 and is a 1+1⁄2-story, rectangular, wood-frame building, 28 feet by 40 feet with a gable roof. It was built as a warehouse on the Black River Canal and used as such until the canal was abandoned in 1924.
Bank of Newark Building is a historic bank building located at Newark in New Castle County, Delaware. It was built about 1845 and is a three-story, gable-roofed brick building with a symmetrical five-bay facade and a three-story ell to the rear. It is in a restrained form of the Greek Revival style. The front facade features a portico and massive pilasters added sometime after 1929.

Grace United Methodist Church is a historic Methodist church located at 9th and West Streets in Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It was designed by architect Thomas Dixon and built in 1868. It is constructed of serpentine stone of a light pea green color in the Victorian Gothic style. The church building measures approximately 166 feet by 102 feet, 6 inches. It features a needle spire that rises to 186 feet and is topped by a Celtic cross.
Mount Lebanon Methodist Episcopal Church, also known as Mount Lebanon United Methodist Church, is a historic Methodist Episcopal church located at 850 Mount Lebanon Road in Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built in 1834, and is a stuccoed stone structure in a Late Gothic Revival style. It measures 60 by 40 feet, and has a steep gable roof and frame vestibule added in 1873. Adjacent to the church is a contributing cemetery containing approximately 150 tombstones dating from 1840.
Mount Pleasant Methodist Episcopal Church and Parsonage is a historic Methodist Episcopal church and parsonage located at Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built in 1838, and is a one-story, stuccoed stone structure with a gable roof. It measures approximately 50 feet by 40 feet, and has a gable-roofed vestibule added in 1893. Adjacent to the church is the parsonage built in 1894. It is a 2+1⁄2-story, four-bay L-shaped frame dwelling in the Queen Anne style. It sits on a fieldstone foundation and features gray-green fish-scale shingles. Adjacent is the contributing church cemetery with burials dating back to 1841.
St. Joseph's Catholic Church is a historic Roman Catholic church located at 1012 French Street in Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2004.
St. Mary's School is a historic Roman Catholic school building in Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built in 1866 to serve children of parishioners of the adjacent St. Mary of the Immaculate Conception Church. It housed a parochial school until 1979, after which it was occupied by the Elementary Workshop Montessori School. It is a three-story, five bay by four bay, brick structure with a low hipped roof in the Italianate style. It features a wooden box cornice around the entire roof line.
The Old Customshouse is a historic government building at 516 North King Street in Wilmington, Delaware. It was built in 1855 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1974.
Philadelphia, Wilmington and Baltimore Railroad Freight Shed is a historic freight station located in the Southwest Center City neighborhood of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania along Broad Street. It was built by the Philadelphia, Wilmington and Baltimore Railroad in 1878, and is a large 1 1/2-story brick and stone building in the Late Gothic Revival style. It measures 99 feet, 5 inches, wide and 235 feet long. It has a long, sloping roof supported by a Fink truss system, with glazed monitors.
Coffee Run Mission Site, also known as Coffee Run Church and St. Mary's Church, is a historic mission church site and national historic district located at Hockessin, New Castle County, Delaware. It encompasses two contributing buildings, both now demolished, and one contributing site. They were the Father Kenney House and stone barn with frame addition. The house was built in 1812, and was a two-story, three bay stone dwelling with a cross-gable roof. The Coffee Run cemetery is the burial ground of the first Catholic church in Delaware. It measures approximately 66 feet by 183 feet and includes over 50 carved headstones and 12 uncut stone markers. Located at the cemetery is a small cinder block building, which contains an altar, and stands at the site of the original log mission church built about 1790. It was the first Catholic church in Delaware out of which grew the present Roman Catholic Diocese of Wilmington. The house was demolished in March 2010 following an arson. The barn, also affected by arson, remained mostly intact but in a decaying condition. Trinity Community Church planned to restore it and incorporate it into a new church on the site, but discovered that the mortar was no longer sound. The barn was demolished in 2016 and the stone saved for reuse in the facade of the new church.
Newport Railroad Station was a historic railway station located at Newport in New Castle County, Delaware. It was built about 1908, and was a 44 feet, 4 inches, long, one story frame building in the Bungalow / American Craftsman style. It had a large overhanging hipped roof with exposed rafter ends. It was built by the Philadelphia, Wilmington and Baltimore Railroad and closed in the late 1940s. It was demolished between 1995 and 2002.
Main Office of the New Castle Leather Company, also known as The Main Office of the Allied Kid Company from 1933 to 1977, is a historic office building located at Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built in 1917, and is a three-story, steel frame stuccoed brick building in the Mission Revival Style. The building measures 68 feet wide and 30 feet deep. It features a revolving door and curved granite steps at the main entrance, red Mission style tiles on the mansard, and large decorative iron bars and grill work on the first floor windows.
Walker's Mill and Walker's Bank, also known as Simsville, Siddall's Mill, and "Big White Mill", is a historic spinning cotton mill and worker's dwelling block located near Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. Walker's Mill was built between 1813 and 1815, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, "T"-shaped, stone building.
Charles B. Lore Elementary School is a historic elementary school building located at Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built in 1932, and is a 2+1⁄2-story, "E"-shaped red brick building in the Collegiate Gothic style. It features a four-story central tower, steep pitched, slate gable roof, stone surrounds on windows and doors, and battlements above entryways. The school was named for Charles B. Lore (1831-1911). It was closed in 1981 because of declining enrollment. It was later converted to an assisted living facility.
P. S. Dupont High School is a historic high school building located at Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built in 1934, and is a four-story, "E"-shaped, red brick building in a Colonial Revival / Neo-Georgian style. It has a hipped roof covered with dark reddish-brown shingles, topped by a wood, three-level tower and cupola that ends in a multiple-sided, bell-like copper roof and weather vane. The school is named for Pierre S. duPont (1870–1954).
Torbert Street Livery Stables, also known as Hercules Powder Company Printing Department, Charles Printing Co., Wilmington Motorcycle Club, Cann Bros & Kindig Printers, and Barclay Bros Printing, is a historic livery stable located at Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built in 1887, and consists of two separately-built, two-story livery stables, joined and expanded through additions and internal alterations. A connecting hyphen was built during or after 1946. Both structures are constructed of brick and have gable roofs. The interior consists of large open spaces supported by cast iron columns and historic wood beams reinforced with iron rods. Also on the property is a contributing cast iron street lamp. The buildings housed livery stables into the early 20th century, after which they were occupied as a cabinet-making shop, a cycle club, auto garages, commercial and corporate printing facilities, and a warehouse.
Lobdell Estate, Minquadale Home, also known as the Minquadale Home for Aged Men, was a historic home and retirement home located at Minquadale near Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. It was built in 1864, and was a two and a half-story, five bays wide, stuccoed, and gable-roofed dwelling in the Italianate style. It featured large decorative brackets and a large cupola atop the roof. It was originally built by George Lobdell, a manufacturer of car wheels, as a summer home. In 1891, his vacation house was made over into a retirement home for Lobdell's employees of both sexes.
Augustine Paper Mill, also known as the Container Corporation of America, Paper Mill Division, is a historic paper mill complex located at Wilmington, New Castle County, Delaware. The complex consists of seven 19th century stone buildings. The oldest building is a three-story mill erected from randomly laid stone with walls three feet thick. It has a slate covered gable roof and arched brick opening for the mill race. The remaining buildings consist of two-level mill structures and support buildings, including the boiler house. The complex was acquired by the Container Corporation of America in 1942. The property has been redeveloped for residential use.
