The album is their first release through a new record deal with label Ninja Tune. [1]

Singles

"Hold On" was the first single to be released from the album, with a remixed version of the track by Poté released on 28 January 2020. [2] [3] The second single from the album, "Are You Feeling Sad?", featuring Kali Uchis, was released on 4 March 2020. [4]

The album received generally favourable reviews upon its release.

Promotion

The band first released a new track called "Tongue Kissing" in November 2019 and confirmed a tour of Europe, Canada and US to take place from March 2020. [16] However, by early spring 2020 the tour had to be postponed due to the outbreak of COVID-19 across Europe and North America. Despite the postponement of these dates, the band confirmed further tour dates for Europe in autumn 2020. Upon the release of the album on 27 March 2020, the band performed a special live show on YouTube from Gothenburg, Sweden. [17]

The Twilight Sad

The Twilight Sad are a Scottish post-punk/indie rock band, comprising James Graham (vocals), Andy MacFarlane (guitar), Johnny Docherty (bass), Brendan Smith (keyboards) and Sebastien Schultz (drums). The band are signed to Rock Action Records and have released five albums, as well as several EPs and singles. Their 2007 debut album, Fourteen Autumns & Fifteen Winters, drew widespread acclaim from critics, who noted Graham's thick Scottish accent and MacFarlane's dense sonic walls of shoegazing guitar and wheezing accordion. The Twilight Sad's notoriously loud live performances have been described as "completely ear-splitting", and the band toured for the album across Europe and the United States throughout 2007 and 2008. Sessions inspired by stripped-down and reworked live performances yielded the 2008 mini-album, Here, It Never Snowed. Afterwards It Did.

Sinners Never Sleep is the third studio album by English rock band You Me at Six. It was released on 3 October 2011, through Virgin Records. While touring in support of their second studio album Hold Me Down (2010), the band wrote slower-tempo material and heavier-sounding songs. Between March and May 2011, the band recorded at Sunset Sound and The Sound Factory in Los Angeles, California, with producer Garth Richardson. Partway through the process, Franceschi suffered a panic attack, which resulted in him being hospitalized, and the band losing time in the studio. The album marked a departure away from the pop punk sound of their previous releases, and into alternative rock and pop rock territory.

Little Mix are a British girl group formed in 2011 during the eighth series of the British version of The X Factor. The group consists of Jade Thirlwall, Perrie Edwards and Leigh-Anne Pinnock; former member Jesy Nelson left the group in December 2020 due to mental health issues. The first group to win The X Factor, they signed with Simon Cowell's record label, Syco Music. They released a cover of Damien Rice's "Cannonball" as their winner's single, which debuted atop the UK Singles Chart upon release. Kali Uchis American singer

Karly-Marina Loaiza, known professionally as Kali Uchis, is an American singer and songwriter. Born in Alexandria, VA, she initially garnered music industry attention with her 2012 mixtape, Drunken Babble, which was followed by her debut EP, Por Vida, released in 2015. Uchis released her debut studio album, Isolation, in 2018 to widespread acclaim. Uchis' second studio album and her first Spanish language project, Sin Miedo ∞, was released in 2020. The album spawned the single "Telepatía" which became Uchis' first solo charting hit on the US Billboard Hot 100. She is also known for her collaboration with artist Kaytranada in his song titled "10%", which earned Kali Uchis her first Grammy Award.

Bia (rapper) American rapper from Massachusetts

Bianca Landrau, known professionally as Bia, is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and model who debuted on the Oxygen reality television show Sisterhood of Hip Hop. She signed to Pharrell's I Am Other record label, in partnership with RCA Records in 2014. Her first EP, Nice Girls Finish Last: Cuidado, was released in 2018 and was supported by the single "Hollywood". She is best recognized for featuring on the 2016 single "Safari" by J Balvin and "Best on Earth" by Russ in 2019. In early 2020, Bia signed a new record deal with Epic Records, releasing her second EP, For Certain, on December 11, 2020.

He was born in Compton, California and gained recognition as a member of the Grammy-nominated R&B band The Internet in 2015. Sin Miedo is the second studio album and first Spanish album by Colombian-American singer Kali Uchis, released on November 18, 2020, through Interscope Records and EMI Records. The album, which is Uchis' first record predominantly sung in Spanish, was supported by two singles, "Aquí Yo Mando" with Rico Nasty and "La Luz" with Jhay Cortez, as well as the promotional single "Te Pongo Mal (Préndelo)" with Jowell & Randy. The album features guest appearances from PartyNextDoor, Nasty, Cortez and Jowell & Randy. The album peaked at number 52 on the Billboard 200.
