District 91 is in Westchester County. It includes the towns of Larchmont, Mamaroneck, Rye, Rye Brook, Port Chester, and portions of New Rochelle.

George Stephen Latimer is an American politician serving as County Executive of Westchester County, New York since 2018. A member of the Democratic Party, he previously served as a member of the New York State Senate for the 37th District from 2013 to 2017.
