Nkrumah Eljego Bonner (born 23 January 1989) is a Jamaican cricketer who plays international cricket for the West Indies. [1] An occasional leg spin bowler and top order right-hand batsman,Bonner made his first-class cricket debut for Jamaica against Combined Campuses and Colleges in February 2011. [2]
Bonner was selected as part of the West Indies team to tour England in 2011. In October 2019,he was named in Jamaica's squad for the 2019–20 Regional Super50 tournament. [3]
In June 2020,Bonner was named in the West Indies' Test squad,for their series against England. [4] The Test series was originally scheduled to start in May 2020,but was moved back to July 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. [5] In July 2020,he was named in the Jamaica Tallawahs squad for the 2020 Caribbean Premier League. [6] [7]
In December 2020,Bonner was named in the West Indies' Test and One Day International (ODI) squads for their series against Bangladesh. [8] He made his ODI debut for the West Indies,against Bangladesh,on 20 January 2021. [9] He made his Test debut for the West Indies,also against Bangladesh,on 3 February 2021. [10] In May 2021,Bonner was awarded with a central contract from Cricket West Indies. [11] He scored 86 runs in his debut match,forming a 216-run partnership with Kyle Mayers to beat Bangladesh in the first Test match by three wickets. [12]

Shai Diego Hope is a Barbadian cricketer,who plays as a wicketkeeper/batsman for the West Indies cricket team. He is also the current ODI captain of the Windies. In June 2018,he was named the Men's Cricketer of the Year,Test Cricketer of the Year and the ODI Cricketer of the Year at the annual Cricket West Indies' Awards. The following year,he was named the CWI ODI Player of the Year. He is generally regarded as one of the best ODI batsmen in the contemporary cricketing world. Hope has also twice been named,for both 2020 and 2022,in the ICC ODI Team of the Year.
Shane Omari Dowrich is a former Barbadian international cricketer who plays as a wicket-keeper. He has featured for the West Indies,Barbados along with CPL teams St Kitts and Nevis Patriots and Barbados Tridents in his cricketing career. Dowrich is also the current captain of the Barbados' first class side.
Shimron Odilon Hetmyer is a Guyanese cricketer who plays as a top order batsman for the West Indies cricket team. Hetmyer captained the Windies to win the 2016 Under-19 Cricket World Cup. During 2018 the International Cricket Council (ICC) named Hetmyer as one of the five breakout stars in men's cricket. He was also the captain of the Guyana Amazon Warriors in the 2022 season of the Caribbean Premier League.

Sunil Walford Ambris is a Vincentian professional cricketer who has represented the West Indies in Tests and ODIs. He currently captains the Windward Islands and has also represented Combined Campuses and Colleges in West Indian domestic cricket,as well as representing the St Lucia Zouks in the Caribbean Premier League (CPL). He was the first player to be dismissed hit-wicket twice in consecutive Tests and the first to be dismissed hit-wicket on Test debut.
Chemar Keron Holder is a Barbadian cricketer who has played for the Combined Campuses and Colleges in West Indian domestic cricket. A right-arm fast bowler,he made his List A debut for the team in January 2016,against the Leeward Islands in the 2015–16 Regional Super50. Aged only 17 on debut,he opened the bowling with Christopher Powell,taking 1/20 from four overs. He made his international debut for the West Indies cricket team in December 2020,becoming only the fourth member of the Holder family to be selected for the West Indies behind Roland Holder,Vanburn Holder and more recently Jason Holder.

The West Indian cricket team toured Australia from October to December 2022 to play two Test matches and two Twenty20 Internationals (T20Is). The T20Is formed part of both teams' preparations for the 2022 ICC Men's T20 World Cup,while the Test matches formed part of the 2021–2023 ICC World Test Championship. In May 2022,Cricket Australia confirmed the fixtures for the tour.
