Paranoid is the second studio album by the English heavy metal band Black Sabbath, released in September 1970 through Vertigo Records in England and Warner Bros. Records in the US. It contains several of the band's signature songs, including "Iron Man", "War Pigs" and the title track, which was the band's only Top 20 hit, reaching number 4 in the UK charts. It is often cited as an influential album in the early development of the heavy metal genre. Paranoid was the band's only album to top the UK Albums Chart until the release of 13 in 2013.

Born Again is the eleventh studio album by English heavy metal band Black Sabbath. Released in August 1983, it is the only album the group recorded with lead vocalist Ian Gillan, best known for his work with Deep Purple. It was also the last Black Sabbath album for nine years to feature original bassist Geezer Butler and the last to feature original drummer Bill Ward, though Ward did record a studio track with the band fifteen years later on their 1998 live album Reunion. The album has received mixed reviews from critics, but was a commercial success upon its 1983 release, reaching No. 4 in the UK charts. The album also hit the top 40 in the United States.

The first disc was previously known as Live at Last, an album not put out by Black Sabbath's record company, and therefore not an official Black Sabbath album. The second consists of recordings made for television and radio, previously only available on bootlegs. It was released as a digipak and later a standard jewel-case.

Ancient Dreams is the third album of Swedish doom metal band Candlemass, released in 1988 and reissued in 2001 by Powerline Records with a bonus CD. The cover art of the album is a painting made by Thomas Cole, second in his series, "The Voyage of Life", entitled "Youth". Ancient Dreams was the first Candlemass album to chart in the US, debuting at No. 174 on the Billboard 200 album chart.
The Sawblade EP is a handmade CD-R made by Isis for their tour with Neurosis and Candiria, limited to 200 copies. It was sold at these shows at a limit of 15 per night, and the leftover copies were given to friends of the band as a year-end "thank you" gift. The vinyl run of this release was limited to 250 copies. As such, Aaron Turner doesn't consider this an 'official' Isis release, describing it as “more like a special artifact for us and the few converts we had at the time”.
Frequencies from Planet Ten is the debut album by British stoner metal band Orange Goblin. It was released in 1997 by Rise Above Records. In 2002, it was reissued as a double CD coupled with their second album, Time Travelling Blues (1998). The reissue version contains two bonus tracks, both taken from their Man's Ruin EP, Nuclear Guru. The latter bonus track is a cover of Black Sabbath's "Hand of Doom". The original Japanese press also contains these two bonus tracks.

It is the second split release to feature the two bands, the first of which was in 1995.

Margera has also directed three other music videos for the band, those being "The Sacrament", "Solitary Man" and "And Love Said No". The music video features actress and singer Juliette Lewis.
Dog Days is an EP by American doom metal band Goatsnake, released in 2000 via Southern Lord Records. It consists of material recorded from 1997 to 1999. It was re-pressed by Southern Lord in 2004 on vinyl only and limited to 500 copies. The re-press includes a cover of Black Sabbath's "Who Are You". Also in 2004, Southern Lord repackaged the EP with Goatsnake Vol. 1 on a single CD.
In These Black Days: A Tribute to Black Sabbath is the name of a 6-volume Black Sabbath tribute series, released as a series of split 7" singles by Hydra Head Records. A double CD edition, compiling of all of the songs from the 7"s, as well as additional Black Sabbath covers from other bands associated with Hydra Head Records, was planned for years, but has not been released. One track recorded for inclusion on the eventual CD release, Isis's cover of "Hand of Doom", was instead included on the band's Sawblade EP.

Kadavar currently consists of guitarist/lead vocalist Christoph "Lupus" Lindemann, drummer Christoph "Tiger" Bartelt and bassist Simon "Dragon" Bouteloup.
