OCT Harbour (Chinese:欢乐海岸), formerly known as OCT Bay and Happy Harbour, is a large retail and entertainment complex in Shenzhen, China. It covers an area of roughly 1.25 km2. [1] [2] and features amongst others, a manmade lake and canals, hotels and a shopping mall. It was opened to the public in 2011. [3] [4]

It is located underground at Shennan Dadao, near Shenzhen Bay Hotel, in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China. The station is named after Overseas Chinese Town (OCT). The stadium is known for hosting the opening ceremony and numerous competitions of the 2011 Summer Universiade. Hangzhou–Fuzhou–Shenzhen passenger-dedicated railway Chinese railway line

The Hangzhou–Fuzhou–Shenzhen passenger-dedicated railway refers to the dual-track, electrified, high-speed rail lines (HSR) in service along the southeastern coast of China, linking the Yangtze River Delta on the East China Sea and Pearl River Delta on the South China Sea. It is one of the eight arterial high-speed rail corridors that form the backbone of China's HSR network. The southeast coast is the only region of high-speed rail construction where no previous conventional railroads existed. Hence, the high-speed rail lines built on the southeast coast will, for the most part, carry both passenger and freight traffic, and will not be passenger-dedicated lines that comprise most of the other HSR corridors in China.

Zhongzhou Holdings Financial Center is a 303-metre (994-foot) supertall skyscraper in Nanshan district, Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. Construction started in 2009 and was completed in 2014. The building is mixed-use and contains a 340-room Marriott hotel with a large atrium in the upper floors. The atrium is clearly visible from the outside.

Binhai Boulevard (Chinese:滨海大道) is a major expressway in Shenzhen, China. It runs from Nanshan Boulevard in Nanshan and runs along much of the length of Shenzhen Bay Park and eventually joins Binhe Road when it ends at Futian. Over 7 kilometers of the road was built on land reclaimed from Shenzhen Bay. It is the southernmost major road in Shenzhen.
