Olenecamptus clarus is a species of beetle in the family Cerambycidae. It was described by Pascoe in 1859. It is known from Japan, China, Taiwan and North Korea. It feeds off of Morus alba and Prunus persica . [1]

Beetle order of insects

Beetles are a group of insects that form the order Coleoptera, in the superorder Endopterygota. Their front pair of wings are hardened into wing-cases, elytra, distinguishing them from most other insects.
