Olivia McMurray (born April 12, 1993) is a national team rower from Canada. McMurray became a Pan American Games champion when she won gold in women's eight at the 2023 Pan Am Games in Santiago. She also won a silver medal at the same games in the coxless pair with Abigail Dent. [3] [4] She placed 4th in the Mixed Eight final.
McMurray first represented Canada at the 2014 Commonwealth Rowing Championships in Strathclyde, Scotland, where she placed 4th in the Women's Pair event and 3rd in the Mixed Eight event. [5]
In February 2023, McMurray was named to the Canadian Pan American Games Qualification Regatta team. [6] She won a gold medal in the Women's Pair event, and placed 4th in the Women's Four event, thereby qualifying the full quota of women's sweep spots for Canada at the Pan American Games (Rowing at the 2023 Pan American Games – Qualification). In September 2023, McMurray was named to the Canadian Pan American Games Team, [8] [9] in the Women's Eight, Women's Pair and Mixed Eight events. She placed 4th in the Mixed Eight, won a silver medal in the Women's Pair, and became the first-ever Pan American Games champion in the Women's Eight (2023 was the first time the Women's Eight had been contested at the Pan American Games). Hamish Bryon Bond is a retired New Zealand rower and former road cyclist. He is a three-time Olympic gold medallist at the 2012 London Olympic Games, the 2016 Rio de Janeiro Olympic Games, and at the 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games. He won six consecutive World Rowing Championships gold medals in the coxless pair and set the current world best times in both the coxless and coxed pair. He made a successful transition from rowing to road cycling after the 2016 Summer Olympics focussing on the road time trial. He returned to rowing for the 2020 Olympic Games in Tokyo, winning a gold medal in the men's eight.
Olympia Aldersey is an Australian rower. She is an Australian national champion, a dual Olympian and was a 2019 World Champion in the coxless four. In 2014 she set a world's fastest ever time (6:37.31) in a women's double scull over 2000m, a record which has stood since. She rowed in the Australian women's eight at the Tokyo 2020 Olympics.
John Albert "Monster" Mathews is an American former competitive rower, U.S. Olympian and Pan American. He was a member of the 1975 World Championship Team to Nottingham, England, where he placed fifth in the coxed pair. Mathews was also a member of the U.S. Olympic Team competing in the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal in the men's coxed pair event.
Jessica Morrison is an Australian representative rower and dual Olympian. She is an Australian national champion and won two silver medals at the 2019 World Rowing Championships. She competed in the Australian women's eight at the 2016 Summer Olympics and in two boats at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics doubling-up in the coxless pair and the coxless four. In the four at the Tokyo 2020 she won a gold medal and became an Olympic champion.
Lucy Stephan is an Australian rower. She is a multiple Australian champion, a 2016 and 2020 Olympian and a world champion who won a 2017 world title in the coxless four and regained that same world title in 2019. At the Tokyo 2020 Olympics she set the pace from the bow seat of the Australian coxless four to a gold medal victory. She won the Remenham Challenge Cup at the 2018 Henley Royal Regatta in the Australian women's eight.

A 100 metre butterfly event specialist, she is the 2020 Olympic champion, 2019 World (LC) champion, two-time World (SC) champion, 2022 Commonwealth champion, and 2023 Pan American champion.
