One Day (South Korean band)

One Day was a ten-member South Korean band. It was started by Korean musician Park Jin-young. After performing as one group, it was splintered into two separate bands called 2AM and 2PM respectively.

Formation

A documentary called Hot Blood Men [1] captured the group's rigorous training program. In this documentary, former member Jay Park (Jaebeom) finished at the top spot and received the most fan votes. It also featured the elimination of three trainees from the group: Lee Swichi, Jeong Jinwoon, and Yoon Doo-joon who were all cut. Jinwoon replaced Im Daehun upon the latter's withdrawal. By the end of the training process, One Day had been reduced to an eleven-member group.

The band was then split into a four-member ballad group 2AM and a six-member hip-hop group 2PM.

2AM (band) South Korean boyband

2AM is a South Korean boy group, that consists of Jo Kwon, Lee Chang-min, Lim Seul-ong and Jeong Jinwoon. The band was formed by JYP Entertainment through the Mnet documentary Hot Blood, which spawned the eleven-member boy band One Day; 2AM primarily perform ballad songs while their brother group 2PM performed more dance-focused music. With the addition of Changmin from Big Hit Entertainment, the group was co-managed by JYP and Big Hit from 2008 to 2014. They officially debuted on July 11, 2008, on KBS' Music Bank, performing their debut single "This Song". The group also debuted in Japan with the single "Never Let You Go: Shindemo Hanasanai" in January 2012.

2PM South Korean boy band

2PM (Korean: 투피엠) is a South Korean boy band formed by JYP Entertainment. The group is composed of six members: Jun. K, Nichkhun, Taecyeon, Wooyoung, Junho and Chansung. Originally a seven-piece group, former member and leader Jaebeom temporarily left the group due to controversies that stemmed from his posts in MySpace in 2009 before being announced to have left both the band and the agency in early 2010.

Jay Park Korean-American rapper

Jay Park is an American rapper, singer-songwriter, record producer, dancer and entrepreneur of Korean descent. He is a member of the Seattle-based b-boy crew Art of Movement (AOM), and founder and CEO of the independent hip hop record labels AOMG and H1ghr Music. Park initially rose to fame as the leader of South Korean boy band 2PM, formed by record label JYP Entertainment in 2008, after having previously been a trainee for four years. In September 2009, Park returned home to Seattle after comments he wrote about Korea in 2005 as a teenager were publicized by the Korean media, officially leaving the group. Park returned to South Korea in June 2010 for the filming of Hype Nation, and in July, Park signed a contract with SidusHQ, one of the largest entertainment agencies in South Korea. Rebranding and re-debuting as both a solo singer and a rapper, Park's musical identity would lend to him partaking in the underground hip hop culture in South Korea, a rarity for both active and former K-Pop idols.

Let's Go! Dream Team Season 2 is an organized sports variety program that airs on KBS2. The first episode aired on June 25, 2009 and the last one on May 29, 2016. The pilot episode was aired on September 13, 2009 titled as Let's Go Dream Team 2 - Green Team Go!. The first season of Dream Team was aired for six years between 1999 and 2003. Jeong Jinwoon South Korean singer and actor
