Ore is an unincorporated community in Cass County, in the U.S. state of Missouri. [1]

History

A post office called Ore was established in 1882, and remained in operation until 1906. [2] The community was named after Bill Ore, the original owner of the site. [3]

There was a station that Missouri Pacific trains stopped at until at least 1904. [4]
