Oregon Sports Network

The Oregon Sports Network (also known as "Oregon Sports Net" and "OSN") is a local sports network made up of radio stations and TV network NBC Sports Northwest. The channel is the official flagship for the University of Oregon's athletic program. [1] The network began in 1987 including radio (KUGN in Eugene). Coverage is often available as part of ESPN Plus.

NBC Sports Northwest is an American regional sports network that is owned by the NBC Sports Group unit of NBCUniversal, and operates as an affiliate of NBC Sports Regional Networks. The network broadcasts regional coverage of professional sports events throughout the Pacific Northwest, focusing primarily on the NBA's Portland Trail Blazers and college sports events involving the Oregon Ducks; the network also covers other sports events involving teams within the northwestern United States, including those featuring college and high school teams.

University of Oregon Public research university in Eugene, Oregon

The University of Oregon is a public flagship research university in Eugene, Oregon. Founded in 1876, the institution's 295-acre campus is along the Willamette River. Since July 2014, UO has been governed by the Board of Trustees of the University of Oregon. KLSR-TV Fox affiliate in Eugene, Oregon

KLSR-TV, virtual channel 34, is a Fox-affiliated television station licensed to Eugene, Oregon, United States. Owned by California Oregon Broadcasting, Inc. of Medford, Oregon, it is a sister station to low-powered, Class A MyNetworkTV affiliate KEVU-CD, channel 23. The two stations share studios on Chad Drive in Eugene; KLSR's transmitter is located on South Ridge.

KEZI productions (1999-2008)

OSN used KEZI's sports broadcasters for production of the coaches' shows, featuring Mike Bellotti (former football head coach), Ernie Kent (men's basketball head coach) and Bev Smith (former women's basketball head coach).

KEZI ABC affiliate in Eugene, Oregon

KEZI, virtual and VHF digital channel 9, is an ABC-affiliated television station licensed to Eugene, Oregon, United States. Owned by Heartland Media, KEZI maintains studios on Chad Drive in Eugene, and its transmitter is located on Coburg Ridge near Springfield.

Robert Michael Bellotti is an American college football analyst for ESPN and ABC. He was with the University of Oregon's football program for over 20 years serving as offensive coordinator for six years, head coach for 14 years, and athletic director for one year. Bellotti is the winningest coach in Oregon football history and is credited with building the program into a major football power. He was elected to the College Football Hall of Fame in 2014.

Ernie Kent American basketball player and coach

Ernest Kent is an American college basketball coach. He is the former head men's basketball coach at Washington State University. Prior to Washington State, he served as the head men's basketball coach at the University of Oregon and at Saint Mary's (CA). Kent was previously an assistant at Stanford University and also coached abroad in Saudi Arabia. Kent was a college basketball commentator with the Pac-12 Network.

Rhode Island Rams

The Rhode Island Rams are the athletic programs of the University of Rhode Island, based in Kingston, Rhode Island, United States. The Rams compete in the NCAA's Division I as a member of the Atlantic 10 Conference. The football team, however, competes in the Colonial Athletic Association of the NCAA's Football Championship Subdivision, as the A-10 does not sponsor football. The program's athletic director is Thorr Bjorn.

Oregon Ducks mens basketball basketball team representing the University of Oregon

The Oregon Ducks men's basketball team is an intercollegiate basketball program that competes in the NCAA Division I and is a member of the Pac-12 Conference, representing the University of Oregon. The Ducks play their home games at Matthew Knight Arena. Oregon, then coached by Howard Hobson, won the first NCAA men's basketball national championship in 1939*. Kelly Graves American basketball coach

Kelly Lee Graves is the current head women's basketball coach at the University of Oregon. Previously, Graves was the head women's basketball coach at St. Mary's from 1997 to 2000, as well as Gonzaga University from 2000 to 2014. He was formerly an assistant coach for the Portland Pilots (1994–1997) and St. Mary Gaels, where he later got his first head coaching stint with the Gaels from 1997–2000. From the 2004–2005 season to the 2013–2014 season, he guided Gonzaga to ten consecutive West Coast Conference regular season titles. The 2007 team went 13-1 in conference play, and later won the WCC conference tournament. The school also received its first ever NCAA tournament appearance. He was named WCC co-coach of the year for his accomplishments. In 2005, 2010, and 2011, Gonzaga went undefeated in WCC regular season play.

Mel Krause was an American college baseball coach and player at the University of Oregon. He also played professional baseball in the Northwest League. Krause also played college basketball for Oregon and coached two different high school basketball teams to Oregon state basketball championships. Prior to its planned reinstatement in 2009, Krause was the last Ducks baseball coach when the university canceled the sport in 1981.

KTIX

KTIX is a radio station licensed to serve Pendleton, Oregon, United States. The station, which began broadcasting as KWRC in May 1941, is currently owned by Randolph and Debra McKone's Elkhorn Media Group and the broadcast license is held by EMG2, LLC.

2009–10 Oregon Ducks womens basketball team

The 2009–10 Oregon Ducks women's basketball team will represent the University of Oregon in the 2009–10 NCAA Division I women's basketball season. The Ducks will be coached by Paul Westhead. The Ducks are a member of the Pacific-10 Conference and will attempt to win the NCAA championship.

2014–15 Oregon Ducks mens basketball team

The 2014–15 Oregon Ducks men's basketball team represented the University of Oregon during the 2014–15 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Ducks were led by their fifth year head coach Dana Altman. They played their home games at Matthew Knight Arena and were members of the Pac-12 Conference. They finished the season 26–10, 13–5 in Pac-12 play to finish in a tie for second place. They advanced to the championship game of the Pac-12 Tournament where they lost to Arizona. They received an at-large bid to the NCAA Tournament where they defeated Oklahoma State in the second round before losing in the third round to Wisconsin.

The Oregon Ducks women's basketball team is the official women's basketball team of the University of Oregon in Eugene, Oregon. Basketball is one of eleven varsity women's sports at the University of Oregon. The team is a member of the Pac-12 Conference and a Division I team in the National Collegiate Athletic Association. The Longhorn IMG Sports Network is a radio network in the United States that is dedicated to broadcasting live events and programming of the Texas Longhorns football, basketball, baseball, and softball teams. Owned by IMG College and the University of Texas at Austin via a joint venture, the network consists of 36 affiliates covering 90% of the state of Texas. The network provides broadcasts in the English language for most affiliates, with some affiliates providing broadcasts in Spanish for the benefit of Hispanic listeners.
