OutNebraska is a Nebraska statewide LGBTQ advocacy, lobbying, and community organization.
A Lincoln LGBTQ community organization was incorporated as Outlinc in 2009. [1] It expanded to a statewide organization and changed its name to OutNebraska in 2019. [2]
OutNebraska sponsors the Prairie Pride Film Festival, which has brought independent films on LGBTQ themes to Nebraska since 2010. [3]
OutNebraska hosts birdwatching events in warm weather months. Let's Go Birding Together ("LGBT") events are a partnership with Spring Creek Prairie Audubon Center. [4]

The Inside Out Film and Video Festival, also known as the Inside Out LGBT or LGBTQ Film Festival, is an annual Canadian film festival, which presents a program of LGBT-related film. The festival is staged in both Toronto and Ottawa. Founded in 1991, the festival is now the largest of its kind in Canada. Deadline dubbed it "Canada’s foremost LGBTQ film festival."

Kasarian is defined in less binary terms than the English word; kasarian means "kind, species, or genus".

Fair Wisconsin, previously called Equality Wisconsin is a 501c4 nonprofit civil rights political advocacy organization dedicated to securing equal rights under the law for Wisconsin's LGBTQ+, transgender and non-binary community. Equality Michigan is an American civil rights, advocacy and anti-violence organization serving Michigan's lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LGBTQ) community. Equality Michigan serves Michigan's LGBT community through victims services, lobbying on behalf of the LGBT community, public education on LGBT issues, and organizing Michigan's largest LGBT events such as Motor City Pride. The organization is a founding member of the Equality Federation.

The David Bohnett Foundation is a private foundation that gives grants to organizations that focus on its core giving areas – primarily Los Angeles area programs and LGBT rights in the United States, as well as leadership initiatives and voter education, gun violence prevention, and animal language research. The Nebraska Coalition for Gay and Lesbian Civil Rights, later called the Nebraska Coalition for LGBT Civil Rights, was an advocacy group in Nebraska that existed from 1981 to approximately 2002. It was based in Lincoln. The group advocated for LGBT civil rights. Its motto was "equality before the law", the same motto as the state of Nebraska.
Outhouse LGBTQ+ Centre is a community centre and café for LGBTQ+ people on Capel Street in Dublin, Ireland. It was preceded by the Hirschfeld Centre, the first gay and lesbian community centre in Ireland. It provides a range of services and facilities including HIV testing, a theatre, cafe and Ireland's only queer library. Outhouse's advocacy priorities are poverty, homelessness, and the safety of the LGBTQ+ community, and aims to develop a new advocacy casework support service. In 2016, 35,000 people visited the centre.
