PRiMA Aero Trasporti Italiani was an Italian airline founded in 2010, headquartered in Marghera, Venice. [1] Its hub was Venice Marco Polo Airport (VCE). Formerly Eagles Airlines, it was the successor of Alpi Eagles, backed by a Sicilian investment company.

The company made its first flight on 24 August 2010 on the Venice Lamezia Terme route, and subsequently also had flights to Catania, Reggio Calabria and Rome Fiumicino.

On 23 May 2011 a lawsuit against Eagles Airlines' use of the Eagles name was decided in favour of Alpi Eagles, as a result of which Eagles Airlines changed its name effective 27 May to PRiMA Aero Trasporti Italiani. [2] [3]

The company terminated operations on 4 November 2011.

Alpi Eagles SpA was an airline headquartered in Sant'Angelo di Piove di Sacco, Italy. The privately owned regional airline operated scheduled passenger services linking 15 domestic destinations, as well as international services to Albania, Czech Republic, France, Romania, Russia, Spain and Ukraine. Its main base was Marco Polo International Airport, Venice.

Poste Air Cargo, named Mistral Air until 30 September 2019, is an Italian cargo and former passenger airline headquartered in Rome and is a wholly owned subsidiary of Poste italiane. Aero Trasporti Italiani (ATI) was an Italian airline headquartered in Naples, Italy. It was founded in December 1963 as a subsidiary of Alitalia to take over secondary domestic routes operated by the other Alitalia subsidiary SAM. Operations began in June 1964 and terminated in November 1994 when the airline was merged back into Alitalia.
