Paolo Trapanese (born 7 February 1962) is an Italian former water polo player. He competed in the men's tournament at the 1988 Summer Olympics. [1]

Hungary has been the most successful country in men's tournament, while the United States is the only team to win multiple times at the women's tournament since its introduction.
