Patagonophorus is a genus of moths in the family Pterophoridae containing only one species, Patagonophorus murinus, which is known from Argentina [1] and Chile.
The wingspan is 15‑18.5 mm. The forewings are brown‑grey mixed with white scales. The hindwings and grey‑brown and the fringes are brown‑grey. Adults are on wing from mid-November to mid-February. [2]
