The Pedophile Group, Pedophile Group Association or Danish Pedophile Association was a Danish organisation which was disbanded on 21 March 2004. A website is still running, operated by a group of active members of the former association. It was founded in 1985.
On 23 July 1996, the group had eighty registered members and participated in an International Congress in Denmark. It was also connected with the pedophile advocacy organisation Ipce (formerly the International Pedophile and Child Emancipation).[1] A 2004 newspaper article identified DeFillip as the organization's spokesman.[2]
In 2000, a Danish TV documentary team went undercover to investigate the group. Members were shown exchanging child porn and giving advice on how to contact children in internet chatrooms. A man was arrested by police in connection with the investigation.[3][4]
In 2000, the group asked its members to provide misleading information to authorities to help Eric Franklin Rosser evade prosecution. Rosser was a former member of John Mellencamp's band who had been charged with producing and distributing child pornography.[5] He was convicted in 2001, however, and was added to the U.S.Federal Bureau of Investigation's most wanted list.[5]
In 2004, the Danish newspaper Dagbladet Information ran a front-page article by the journalist Kristian Ditlev Jensen calling for the organisation's home page to be taken down. Similar criticism of the groups came from papers such as Berlingske, Jyllands-Posten and Politiken.

Operation Cathedral was a police operation that broke up a major international child pornography ring called The Wonderland Club operating over the Internet. It was led by the British National Crime Squad in cooperation with 1,500 officers from 13 other police forces around the world, who simultaneously arrested 104 suspects in 13 countries on 2 September 1998. The case received widespread international attention due to the highly organised nature of the ring, leading to public concerns of online child sexual abuse and legislative changes in the UK.
The Party for Neighbourly Love, Freedom, and Diversity, alternatively the Charity, Freedom, and Diversity Party, was a political party in the Netherlands. It existed without parliamentary representation and had only three known members as of 2006. The PNVD was commonly referred to as the "pedo party" by media outlets, due to its advocacy for the legalization of child pornography and the lowering of the age of consent. The party was originally founded on 31 May 2006 by three self-described pedophiles. Its motto was sapere aude, or "dare to know". Starting with the 2006 general election, the PNVD failed to contest electorally as it was unable to collect the 30 signatures from each of the 19 Dutch electoral regions it required to get on the ballot. On 14 March 2010, the party was dissolved.
Thomas Victor O'Carroll is a British writer and pro-paedophile advocate. O'Carroll is a former chairman of the now disbanded Paedophile Information Exchange (PIE) and was at one time a prominent member of the International Paedophile and Child Emancipation.
Pedophilia is a psychiatric disorder in which an adult or older adolescent experiences a primary or exclusive sexual attraction to prepubescent children. Although girls typically begin the process of puberty at age 10 or 11, and boys at age 11 or 12, psychiatric diagnostic criteria for pedophilia extend the cut-off point for prepubescence to age 13. People with the disorder are often referred to as pedophiles.

He was the subject of a highly publicized Interpol investigation of the child sexual abuse of at least 12 young boys in Vietnam, Cambodia, and Thailand, primarily owing to the Internet release of pornographic images depicting the abuse. He was arrested by Royal Thai Police in October 2007.
Task Force Argos is a branch of the Queensland Police Service, responsible for the investigation of online child exploitation and abuse. Founded in 1997, the unit's original charter was to investigate institutional child abuse allegations arising from the Forde Inquiry.
The North American Man/Boy Love Association is a pedophilia and pederasty advocacy organization in the United States. It works to abolish age-of-consent laws criminalizing adult sexual involvement with minors and campaigns for the release of men who have been jailed for sexual contacts with minors that did not involve what it considers coercion.
Gerald Francis Ridsdale is an Australian laicised Catholic priest and sex offender. He was convicted between 1993 and 2017 of a large number of child sexual abuse and indecent assault charges against 65 children aged as young as four years. The offences occurred from the 1960s to the 1980s while Ridsdale worked as a school chaplain at St Alipius Primary School, a boys' boarding school in the Victorian regional city of Ballarat.
Sidney Charles Cooke is an English convicted child molester, murderer and suspected serial killer and serial rapist serving two life sentences. He was the leader of a paedophile ring suspected of up to twenty child murders of young boys in the 1970s and 1980s. Cooke and other members of the ring were convicted of three killings in total, although he was only convicted of one himself.
Garth Neil McVicar is a New Zealand political lobbyist who founded the Sensible Sentencing Trust (SST) law-and-order advocacy group in 2001. In August 2014, he stood down from SST to focus on a campaign for election to Parliament. McVicar was the candidate for the Conservative Party in the Napier electorate, and ranked third on the party's list, but was unsuccessful.
Eric Franklin Rosser also known as Doc Rosser, is a former keyboardist for John Mellencamp. He joined Mellencamp's band in 1979 and toured with Mellencamp for over two years. He recorded with the band on Mellencamp's 1980 album Nothin' Matters and What If It Did and on American Fool in 1982, before leaving the band. Rosser is infamous for being on the Federal Bureau of Investigation's "Ten Most Wanted Fugitives" list for his involvement in the production and distribution of child pornography in 2000. He had been living in Bangkok at the time and had been on the run due to a failure to appear. He was arrested in August 2001 for carrying false information, and was extradited back to the United States.

Pedophile advocacy groups are organizations that advocate for the abolishment or lowering of the age of consent and the normalization of adult sexual relations with children. Such groups have existed dating back to 1962 in multiple countries including the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Norway, Germany and the Netherlands.
Stinson Hunter is a British vigilante who is best known for his role in the documentary The Paedophile Hunter. The film investigating child sexual exploitation was named "Best Documentary on a Contemporary Theme" in the 42nd British Documentary Awards, which "celebrates documentaries from Britain and abroad that "have made a significant contribution to the genre."
Dark Justice were a vigilante group set up to catch paedophiles based in Newcastle upon Tyne operated by two men using the pseudonyms Scott and Callum (1994–2021). Neither were police officers, although their tactics were similar to those sometimes used by police. The duo posed online as children, normally between the ages of 11 and 15, in order to catch online child groomers. When they met a child groomer in real life, the members of Dark Justice wore bulletproof vests. Their evidence was used in court, resulting in convictions against over 115 online groomers including Roger Lee, and Barry Scott. In May 2018, the Evening Chronicle reported that Dark Justice have secured over 150 arrests with over 40 of those being jailed.
